SAN
"What if he doesn't like me in that way?"
San stared at the floor for a few minutes before knocking on the door in front of him. A shorter male opened the door and he glanced down to see Hongjoong already in his pyjamas.
"San? It's like 7pm you know."
"It's not that late. I need to talk to you."
"Right now?"
"Right now."

"You're really being unnecessary.", Hongjoong drawled, spinning round on his chair, "You interrupted mine and Mingi's movie night to question my feelings for Wooyoung?"
"I'm only concerned. I don't want you to get hurt."
Hongjoong rolled his eyes, "San I've told you this one too many times. Look, I know you're a caring friend who does nothing but look out for others but seriously I'm fine. Even if Wooyoung doesn't like me back I don't mind. Not everyone's feelings are meant to be reciprocated anyway. I'll get over it."
San left back to his own dorms that night with an uneasy feeling in his chest. He didn't know why he suddenly cared so much about everything. Why he was so sensitive to certain topics that he would've easily over looked in the past. But here he was, feeling the need to make sure everyone was okay.
The following couple weeks went on as usual. Asides a few changes. Seonghwa seemed more out of place. And yes he'd been out of place these last two years but he seemed even stranger recently. He wasn't in school for a solid week. When he returned, he didn't even make his presence known to the whole population like he usually would.
San noticed a change in Wooyoung's attitude as well. He was starting to lose his spirit once again and was starting to return back to that shell he was in when he first transferred to the school. He always tried to put on a smile and it would've taken a lot of effort to see the hurt behind those eyes.
Mingi had also been acting odd lately. And now that San thought about it, he didn't have his weekly gaming sessions with Yunho and Jongho anymore.
Everything was odd.
It was now 10pm on a Friday night, prior to the following week's school camping trip. San left his bedroom to find something to eat since he was planning on staying up all night binge watching romance dramas because that was the only source of entertainment he had.
