Loveless Marriage

CHAPTER -1

                 Author's POV
A girl, laying on her stomach on her bed reading a novel and smiling like crazy. She was wearing a cute white T-shirt above giraffe pazama which was looking so perfect on her chubby body. Suddenly a lady barged inside the room making her flinch.
                  Rumika's POV
I was laying quietly on my cozy bed and smiling like an idiot while reading my favourite novel for the 5th time and waiting for the craziest scene (i mean you know na) suddenly I flinch by the loud voice of the opening of the door and hold my chest tightly while glaring at my mom.
"What you're doing in the room alone,I was calling you for almost 1 hour." I made a face in this sentence my mom has said , she's calling me for 1 hour and here I am not hear her single voice (dramatic mom).
"Look at your room rumy how would you co-operate in your law house" and here she starts her daily taunt. "Your exams have just finished, can't you help your mother a little".
Although she is right my CA final exams are finally completed after so much hard work, sleepless nights but I'm feeling lazy to do something else, even i can't get up and arrange my wardrobe but I have to otherwise she'll eat me up.
"Yeah I know just order me I'll do what you said, aapka hukm sar akhon par"(Your orders are my command).I said while bowing in dramatic style.
"Aisa hain then go and make afternoon tea, aaj mujhe apni bachi ke hath ki chai peeni hain (today I want to drink tea made by my daughter)."she said while caressing my chin."Fine I'm going. BTW, I cleaned your and my room today." I said while removing her hand. "So what i cleaned the whole house, now go."she replied and I made my way downstairs yawning. I directly went to kitchen and pick up the tea pan and pour all ingredients one by one. I'm standing there while staring at tea and i heard door bell ringing. My mom asked me to open the door. I went out the kitchen and made my way towards the door and open it and i saw her my other half, my bestie. I hugged her tightly and she praying to leave her."jaagiya, I missed you" i said and she kissed my cheek."me too " she replied. "

"Aah Rashmi beta aayi hain (Rashmi has come), where were you all these days, why didn't you come?" Mom asked her "Kahan se time milega maharani ko shaadi ho hain iski agle hafte, ab to Hume bhi bhoolne lagi hain (where will this queen get time, her wedding is next week, now she has started forgetting us too.)" I said while acting sad and put my hand on my forehead, " jyada mat bole vo main bas busy thodi busy thi ( don't say much , I was just a little busy)" she said all in nervous. "Are haan congrats beta (ohh yes congrats dear)" my mother greeted her and made her sit on the couch. I move towards kitchen and serve tea in cups and made my towards living room . Putting tray on table I sit on the couch beside Rashmi."why didn't you bring something to eat for her?" Mom asked me while glaring. "No aunty, i have to go early as we are going for shopping."she explained while looking at both of us.

"BTW aunty my wedding is next week so I wish that rumi comes a few days earlier. Please aunty don't refuse her exams also over. I will come to pick her up too." She pleaded to my mom while joining her both hands with doe eyes."lekin beta I've never sent her anywhere alone and we are all arriving on the wedding day anyway"mom stated." You all have to come on the wedding day by hook or crook but please send her aunty. I will take very good care of her and also everyone waiting for her" she requested her and I'm waiting what if she say no please god she say yes🙏.

"Okay fine, if that's what you want and you listen"she said while pointing at me "w-what?"i replied.
"Don't go crazy over there and keep helping everyone"mom said.
"Mummy I'm going to HER house where i will get servants to even help me wear my shoes." I said and we kept on laughing and joking like that.

"Okay aunty now I have to go everyone is waiting for me at house and i will come back in two days to pick her, be ready my darling"she said while bidding bye to me and my mom. I close the door behind her and hug my mom. "You said yes i can't believe".
"What to do otherwise your face is worth seeing and anyway, you are a little wiser now and can take care of yourself a little."she said while kissing my forehead " I love you mumma, aap bahut achi ho (you are very good)".
"Ab ache log to ache hi hote hain (Now good people are always good)." I side eyed her, we laughed together and went upstairs...

So this is the first chapter I know it's starting but the upcoming chapters will freak you out.
