PRESENT

Yugant's POV:

And look at my life always against my will. "Acha jaise tumhare brakes lagane se bachi hun (it seems as if I was saved cause of your brakes)" she said folding her arms "sach to yahi hain (that's the truth)." I replied staring at her in anger "so you two must have known each other pretty well right?" Mom appears and asks us "yes aunty, we got to know each other a little better" she replied glaring at me "ohh is th...." "Sorry mom but I don't want to ruin my mood anymore" I said cutting her and leaving from there.

Rumika's POV:

He is saying it as if I ruined his happiness. "What happened to him suddenly" "nothing aunty let's go to everyone" i said to her. How could he become son of her, she's so sweet and he is a bastard, shameless man.

We both went to all where everyone was present. Everyone applied haldi to Rashmi, now only left i and that monster. I refused to go but everyone insisted that I go. I went to her and took some haldi paste on my fingers, after applying her when I tried to stand my dupatta stuck on the yugant's foot and i collided with him. "Gaadi se nahi toh neeche jameen par girakar zaleel karoge huh? (If not by car, you'll humiliate me by throwing me down on the ground huh?)" "get away from here" he replied while lightly pushing me. I turned and glared at him how can someone stoop so low. I thought to myself and went to sit on a chair.
I felt someone gaze on me and when I looked up it was Ruby who was giving me death glares. Girl why so serious and I look in front...

Author's POV:

Everyone clicks pics with Rashmi.
Rumika and Rashmi also clicked many pics. It's almost dinner time and everyone is sitting on the large dining table in the backyard.
There was lighting which gave an aesthetic view. Rumika is sitting between Rashmi and reyansh.
And the yugant was sitting in front of Rumika beside his cousins. Everyone started eating food and talking about business but as always rumika ate in silence.

Rumika's POV:

Everyone is talking in which I have no basic ideas. I'm eating in silence but getting hella nervous cause that monster was sitting in front of me until the shivani aunty spoke to me gaining everyone ATTENTION ON ME. Why God it's always me, "Rumi beta what are your thoughts about Marriage" why is she asking such stupid questions. "Umm yeah it's good, it's connecting two strangers, two families and ......" "No I mean what are your plans for marriage" she asked correcting her question, now what I'll say to her. Why is every Indian aunty so obsessed with this question "I have no idea about this aunty" i replied don't know what to say "still you must have thought something like once Rashmi leaves then it will be your turn" kareena aunty spoke in between which made me nervous what I'll say now, until Rashmi spoke gaining everyone attention to her.

"Ahemm she says that after becoming a CA, doing 2 to 3 years job then she'll think about her wedding." She said I think she will say anything else but she is explaining everything to them until "ohh so rumika how many attempts do you fail in CA, I think you are in CA foundation, right?"
Ruby asked in sudden, what she mean by her words did she thinks I'm not capable to become CA. "I...." "No, maybe you are misunderstanding, rumi has recently given the final paper without any drops." Kareena Aunty said while cutting me I look at her and she gave me an assured smile. "Ohh! Umm i-its good" she replied while nervous and stammering voice. I felt someone gaze at me and when I look up I saw yugant staring at me and he instantly down his gaze on plate. "Ohk so tomorrow everyone should be ready, we have to go to the hotel."Mahesh uncle said and after finishing dinner everyone back to their room.

Yugant's POV:

"What to do you mean that you were going to trace her but couldn't" I said in anger shouting on phone. "Cut the call before I lose my patience"I said. Why are all these people so careless? I hope I have given the job to the right person.I throw my phone on bed and sat on couch while rubbing my temple. I went to bathroom to take a shower to cool my mind. I came out and lay on the bed.
It's almost 1 AM but i couldn't slept. What the hell is wrong with me I get up and move out from the mansion to the backyard, the wind was blowing that calms the mind.
I spotted someone standing near a tree looking up at moon and I get to know that the person was Rumika, she was wearing a light pink short T-shirt above dark pink shorts. I don't know why but I asked her "haven't you slept yet" she flinch over my sudden question and turn only to saw me.

Rumika's POV:

I was laying on my bed trying hard to sleep but I am not feeling sleepy it's almost 1 AM and how can I not feel sleepy. I feel thirsty and went downstairs to drink water as my bottle was empty. After drinking water I went to the backyard as there was a nice and cool breeze. Was blowing I came and stood near a tree staring at moon thinking how could that Ruby think about me. What she thinks that i could not clear CA idiot stupid. But what if my finals are not clear, no rumi think positive. I came out of my thoughts when I heard voice "haven't you slept yet" i turned and saw yugant "I was not able to sleep" i replied in short not wanting to do eye contact.

"Mujhe nahi pata tha ki tumhe apni umra se chote ladke pasand hain (I didn't know, you liked boys younger than you)" he asked making me confused"what do you mean" "I mean Reyansh you liked him don't you" what who said him this nonsense "and who filled this useless nonsense in your stupid mind" i asked him getting annoyed "don't you know, he himself is spreading news that you like him" he said while coming towards hands in his pockets making me nervous "w-what, means anything it's not true and why are you so interested in my life." I said and he was staring at me from my head to toe and then i realised that I'm wearing shorts. I started to pull my shorts down as they are above my knees. "I don't think it will become longer if you pull it"he said gazing at my actions.

"Don't you have shame to stare at a girl like this, go and stare at your girlfriend" I said while going but he grabbed my hand and looked at me with his dangerous orbs, I think I messed up, looks like he broke up with his girlfriend "oops, did you have a breakup with your girlfriend, nevermind you'll find another stray" I said patting his shoulder and move to go but he again held my hand tightly.
"I don't have to explain it to you again and again so that you should talk within your limits. And yes, don't fool my mother with your sweet talks, she is very innocent, stay away from her."
He said and left my hand with a jerk and went from here. I'm fooling her, Shameless monster, BTW whatever you say, he gives the vibe of a fictional character. He is perfect in every way but he is just a little rude. I smiled internally when I realised what I was thinking eww how can I chii.
And I went into the house to my room and drifted to sleep.

Author's POV:

After she left did she know that somebody else was watching them and burning with jealousy...
