CHAPTER -22

Rumika's POV:

While working I did not realize when it became evening and time to leave. I was organising my table only then the boss of the company came inside my cabin. I greeted him good evening and he greeted me back. "So how was your day Miss. Rumika" he said to me but now I am Mrs. But if I tell him then my hubby will get mad. "Yeah it's good but tiring as well".
I took my bag and started to move towards the door.
"Would you like me to drop you home?" Why will he drop me. Is he really nice or acting nicely in front of me. "N-no I'll go thank you for asking" I said and he nodded.
"Then will you accompany me till the bottom?" He asked me "yeah sure let's go" I said and went out of the cabin. We made our way towards the lift Everyone's eyes were on me, why did they all be staring at me like that. We enter the lift and he presses the button for the ground floor.

"So miss rumika..." "Call me only rumika" I correct him. "Okay fine Rumika so did you Cleared the CA in first attempts." He asked me and i nodded at him. "Great so if you are comfortable then can I ask your age" he said to me and I looked at him in confusedness then smiled at him in nervousness.
"Umm it's........" My words cut cause of my phone ring. It's Atharv I picked up the call "yes bhaiya"
"Bhabhi I'm outside the company comes fast" he said to me it means yugant didn't come to pick me up. I feel so sad. "Yeah I'm on my way bhaiya" I said to him and he hummed and cut the call.
Soon we reached the ground floor.
And I had a handshake with him and he smiled at me "see you tomorrow Rumika" he said and I again nodded and smiled at him and towards atharv who was leaning against the door when I reached there he opened a door for me, i smiled at him and sat on the seat. He too sits on the driver seat and drives off
"So how was your day my dear bhabhi?" He asked me the way he, avni and Avyaan called me bhabhi I liked it. "it's too good but tiring"
"Hmm it is visible even though your eyes, how much you are sleepy" he said and I nodded.
"How was your day?" I asked
"It's quite good and quite bad"
"Why so" "cause of your husband"
"Why, what did he do?"
"He was in a bad mood today but didn't know the reason I asked him but instead he gave me too many files to complete"
"Oohh so sad he is always rude right?" I asked and he instantly shook his head in no.
"You're thinking wrong bhabhi he is so gentle and funny too" he said and I can't believe his words.
My husband is funny and gentle, no way. But I didn't ask him how and why. I don't want to ask maybe he was only rude towards me and gentlemen with others.
"Why didn't he come to pick me up?" I asked him to justify my confusion.
"Actually he went busy in important meetings and mom told me to pick you up and also he'll be late today" he said and made a face in O shape.
"BTW without Bhai we are nothing bhabhi he was the funniest man in our male gang literally, I shared my every little things to him and he gave me best of the advice which is always work. I think he is an experienced man" he said and I smiled at him. After hearing my husband's praise.

After half an hour we reached home. I went down and atharv went to park the car.
I went inside only to be welcomed by avni with comforting hug. I also hugged her tightly.
"You know after college I was missing you badly" she said with pouty lips.
"Ohh now I came and now we'll enjoy playing games, right" I said and she hooted.
"How was your day Rumi beta" mom asked me and i gave the same answer as before.
"Come dear sir and take rest"
"No mom first of all I'll freshen up then we'll think about later" I said and went upstairs.
I entered the room and went towards closet to took a loose kurta and plazzo.
I went in bathroom to take a little shower.
After 15 minutes I came out wearing clothes and started to do some skin care. After arranging my bed, I went downstairs towards the kitchen and drink some water.
"Chachi may I help you please"
"No you're already come tiring and I'll do everything you don't need to do anything" "please a little look I'll make salads" I said and went to make salads. After this I helped Chachi to arrange the dinner.
Chachi like to do cooking so there is not any maid for cooking but yeah other chores the maid handle.
I called everyone for dinner.
Yugant didn't came yet. So I think I'll do dinner with him.
Everyone settled to their chairs.
"Rumika didn't you do dinner"
"No dadi when yugant will come then I'll do with him" I said and those three crackheads hooted in slow voice and get smacks on each head by mom. I smiled at their behaviour. They finished their dinner and ready to move.
I was in dadu's room who was playing chess with Avyaan. And I was looking at them it was almost 10.30 PM. " Dadu how you did that you lose him three times in no time, I also wanted to learn chess" I said to him in surprise.
"I'll tell you tomorrow or you could learn from yugant" "did he know well?" I asked him.
"Bhai is the one who can lose dadu" avni said to me and I nodded at them.
"Now you all go you have to wake up early, hmm" dadu said, we greet good night to him and went out towards our respective rooms.

It was almost 11.30 but yugant not came yet, I was hungry and sleepy too much.
After waiting for an eternity i decided to walk to atharv's room. I knocked at his door he opened.
"What happened bhabhi is everything alright?" He asked me
"Please call your Bhai I don't have his numbers that when he'll come" I said I know it's too embarassing to say that yoy don't have your husband's number i didn't get opportunity and when I wanted to take his number he ignored me and went away.
He nodded and make a call.
After the call,
"Umm bhabhi Because it was late, bhai went to his penthouse and he will come tomorrow evening" he said and I felt sharp pain in my chest. "Ohh, it's okay, sorry to disturb you good night" he smiled and closed the door.
Now my appetite too vanished.
I went in my room and sit on the sofa in balcony. Why he always ignored me, he didn't called me or asked me if my day is good or not.
The words he said on our first wedding night is that true. I don't think so but the way he is always ignoring me. I think he needs some time to get comfortable with me.
It was almost 2 AM but the sleep is nowhere. I was trying hard to get sleep but no use.
I get up and went towards bed and try to sleep. After an hour i slept away.
