CHAPTER -14

Yugant's POV:

After finishing dinner I headed straight to the study room and waited till mom and dad arrived.
After some minutes they came and told me to sit on the couch.
"What you guys wanna talk with me?" I asked them while looking at mom. "Umm yug, you know you are turning 28 this year and also you are having the burden of a company. So......." She said in nervousness. "Don't be nervous mom tell me the actual words" I said to her "we just want you to get settled with your own family now you know like..."
"Like having married and then kids all" i said to her cutting her and she nodded.
"We have found a suitable girl for you." Dad said in mid and I looked at him "also you know her very well?" Mom said and i nodded. They have chosen a girl for me without even asking me if I'm ready for a marriage or not. "Who is she?" I asked "umm she is Rumika Shah" mom said and i was surprised by her words. How can she choose that girl for me and without even caring for my will.
"What did you said Rumika, Rashmi's friend right?" I asked her while getting up and they also got up after me "y-yeah, I know this is surprising but trust me yug she is best for yo......." "And how do you know what is best for me and what is not? Huhh tell me" i asked them while increasing my voice from which mom flinched a little.
"Yug try to listen, beta........"
"No dad, not me, today you'll listen" I said to him. "Dad just told me one thing, have you ever thought about what I want.....?" I asked him to stare at his orbs.
"Always my son........."
"No dad i hate lies, I hate everything you ever did for me, cause whatever you did till today is always against my wish"
"Yug we always think about your well being....." Mom said me
"You'll always think about my well then why it's always ended up hating your well doing for me or getting far away from my happiness why?" I said looking at them while mom started to fill her eyes with tears.
"And what we did against you yug, we sent you to a foreign for better education, you are handling our company with your own decisions you are capable of everything yug so can't you do a single thing for your dad now?"
"Woww dad nice going, now I'll tell you what you actually did I never wanted to go to the best high schools but you forced me to go, I never wanted to lose my friends but you made me do it by stating false statements of them, I never wanted to go and study in foreign cause I did not want to go away from mom and everyone but you also made me to leave everyone and when I came here after studying and i want to become a car rider but you forced me to handle your business. And lastly when I loved a girl for the first time you weighed my love and yours. You threatened her, threatened to bring down her dad, Everyone raised questions on her character, whereas for me she was the best dad, she was the best and no one can take her place not even your rumika but you sent her away from me don't know where." I said while sitting down on the couch while having tears in my eyes.
"That girl's false love has driven you crazy, you cannot see the difference between truth and lies and whatever I did is right for you,
Right now she is the only one who has gone away from you, if she was here she would have kept us all away from you yu......."
"Now I will not listen to a single word about her and my final decision is that I will not marry her" I said to them staring at their orbs "but we had given words to them and now we can't deny and nobody can heal your past except her and also she likes you yug" mom said which made me surprise how that girl can likes me when she is the only one who hate me the most "it's not my fault you should have asked me before giving words to them" I said.
"Now listen to me you have to marry her by hook or crook and I don't want to listen to your excuses. She is the best for you that's it"
"you can't always force me dad this is the matter of my life, I will decide with whom I want to live and with whom i don't" i said looking straight at his eyes. "If you knew who is best for you then you would never have loved such a girl and would have agreed to marry Rumika" he said while anger was raging inside me "I don't care what you say but I'll never marry that girl it's my decision" I told him "it's not about your life yugant it's also about my family and you have to marry that girl and your engagement will take place after two days" he said which made me surprise that wow he already decided the engagement date too.
"I. Will. Not. Marry. Her" i said looking at him with red eyes.
"Don't show me anger, and don't forget that I'm your dad and you have to follow my command. You'll have to marry her otherwise I'll leave this place forever and will never show my face to you again" he said and i chuckled at his stupid threatening "but you never behave like a dad to me and look, you are threatening me again" I said to him "please don't argue you both and yug, I know you will have trouble accepting Rumika in the beginning but trust me no one will understand you better than her. Just start something good once and everything will be fine later and she likes you anyway." She said how can I love someone else when my heart only wants my first love Diya but i know I can't go against them or they will really harm themselves if I don't agree.

"Fine, I'll marry her" i said and they take relief smile. "But listen even if you force me to marry her or love her just remember that I'll never give her a love of husband cause my heart now also wants diya" I said and went from there while closing the door firmly.

When I came out of the room i punched the wall hardly which make atharv and Avyaan came towards me and I went from the house taking my car.

Author's POV:

After yugant left shivani and Rajiv sighed and sit on couch while shivani caressed his shoulders
"We haven't done anything wrong, right?" She asked her husband, he rubbed his face and shook his head "is our decision is right? We are not doing anything wrong with rumika, right?" she asked again "don't think about it much he'll be fine after Rumika comes but don't tell her anything about this" he said while she nodded and they made their way out of the room.

When they came in living room everyone there sitting in tensed cause how yugant went out of the house in anger. "Where is Yugant?" Rajiv asked everyone.
"Bhai went out in anger" avni said "what happened is everything fine" Anandveer asked his son while nodded "hmm he said yes but don't know what will happen in future" shivani said to his father-in-law. "Don't worry after marriage everything will be fine, now go and sleep it's already late and don't worry about Yugant if he doesn't come then understand that he is in the penthouse." He said while everyone went to sleep.
