Rumika was in the company, calculating the amount. She was engulfed in her business that she didn't notice that someone was present there and staring at her.
She moved her hand for water not looking up. She started to drink water but she couldn't cause she didn't open its cap. She slapped her head for her dumbness but got startled hearing a chuckled sound.
"You scared me" she said to shiv who was leaning against the wall and came towards her to sit in the chair in front of her.
"Yeah I found it funny and surprising that you are so gross in your work that first you didn't realise I was here and second you didn't open the cap of the bottle." He said and started laughing.
"Don't make fun of me, I'm always gross in work whenever I find it interesting, BTW if you need something then you could have called me to your cabin" she said but he was staring at her.
"No, there is nothing like that. I have a request for you and now you will not refuse me, say yes." He said and she looked at him in confused and nodded her head.
"Actually tomorrow is my mother's birthday so I thought of buying a gift for her, will you help me in buying a gift for her" he said and she again become nervous.
"But how can I decide what your mother's taste and why only me?"
"You are a girl, you will like anything for her and because you are different from others, that is why I have requested you but if you are not comfortable with me then it's okay and am sorry to disturb you." He said and get up from his chair he was about I leave but got stopped cause of her voice.
"I will help you sir and sorry if my words hurt you" she said and he smiled widely.
"Okay then fine we will leave at 5 PM, hmm" he said and went out.
She sighed and stretched her arms to relax.
But little did she know that her going there would cause a big problem for her.
Time skips.......
"Let's go" shiv said while sitting in his car and start the car. The ride was silent and after sometime they reached at big fancy showroom.
"Come" he said and they went inside. She looked around and it was luxurious showroom.
They made their ways to clothes section but she didn't find any suitable.
They search everything for her mother which can suit her but they didn't.
"I can't find anything good for your mom here" she said but suddenly her eyes stopped at the jewellery section.
They went inside, the jewellery and accessories were the first love of rumika. She saw many jhumkas nose pins but she controlled her self.
She picked beautiful necklace for his mother.
"How's it?" She asked placing the necklace on her neck.
"Beautiful" he said having his all attention at her instead of theat necklace.
"I think this one is best for her" she said and he nodded.
"Okay then let's bye it" she said and they move out for payment.
He was paying for the necklace and rumika was outside.
He came and they settled in car to move.
She was looking outside the car but the next thing happened embarrassed her in front of him.
Her stomach growls loud he looked at her in surprise while she was trying hard to control her hunger.
"You must be hungry" he said while chuckled.
"No, it's just............."
"You don't need to lied to me you helped me so let's go to a restaurant to eat something" he said to her.
"No, Anyway, I am going home, I will eat once I reach home" she said but he turned the car and went towards a restaurant.
They reached at a luxurious restaurant.
She was trying hard to denying him but he didn't listen anything and dragged her with him while holding her hand. They sit on the table.
"So what do you wanna eat" he asked her.
"As your wish" she said and he chuckled a little. And ordered the best dishes.
The order received and they start eating the food.
"Do you like it?" He asked,
"Hmm, itsh sho yummy" she said while food in her mouth and he chuckled at her, admiring the sight in front of him.
But did they know That someone has been keeping an eye on them ever since they came here.
"I'm full now you have to finish this all" she said while sitting comfortably on the chair.
"How you could do this just eat some more"he said but she denied.
They had their dinner and she was about to go out but he held her hand. "I want to show you something" he said and she looked at him in confusedness.
"It's getting late shiv we will talk tomorrow about this"
"Don't worry There is still half an hour left for you to reach your house and I only need 5 minutes" he said and nodded.
He took her at the rooftop and for her sight it was decorated so amazing, the view of the city could be seen from here.
"What..........."
"Don't say anything first come with me" he said and held her hand to move towards a decoration side near a balcony.
"I know what I'm going to say now might sound weird to you, but I have to say it"
She was waiting for him say further only then he sit on his knees and took out a rose from his hand and said.
"Will you be my girlfriend"
He said and she was shocked listening him.
"W-what are you saying sh.........."
"Please rumika Honestly, till date I have never given this much attention to any girl. You are different from everyone. Ever since you joined the company, I only keep an eye on you. I want to give you all the happiness; I only keep thinking about you. When you did not come to the company for so many days, I could not stop myself from calling you. After hearing about your injury, I started worrying about you. Then I felt that I have fallen in love with you and I want to make you not only my girlfriend but my wife." He said and she was listening him don't know what to say.
"I don't know what to say but Shiv I don't think I will agree to this........"
"It's okay rumika I Whatever you say I won't feel bad, I will always respect your decision"
He said and And she knows that all his dreams would have been shattered just like her own had been shattered. She can feel his pain.
"Shiv You are very good, you have all the qualities that a girl looks for in a boy, but maybe you deserve better than me, I don't think I will be able................"
"It's okay rumika I think now I should drop you at your home" he said she was about to go but he turned and looked at her once again and hugged her tightly.
She was taken aback by his sudden action.
But the moment they hugged each other someone burned in jealousy and went to them to separate them.
Rumika looked at the person who pulled her but she got shocked seeing him.
"Y-yugant" she whispered in low.
"What is this behaviour man Don't you know how to w........."
"Shut your fucking mouth orelse you'll not able to say something"
"And who the fuck are you to make me shut"
"Didn't you tell him rumika who I am to you?" He asked looking at her with dangerous orbs.
"Rumika do you know this man?" Shiv asked him and she looked down.
"I asked you..........."
She nodded her head in yes and he didn't said something.
"Is this how you introduced me to your boss rumika?" He asked again.
"Whoever you are, you should have manners, do you behave like this with all couples?"
"Ohh so are you both couple, you didn't tell me rumika that you both are a couple" he said gritting his teeth.
A small tear escape from her eyes.
She looked at him.
"Don't cry rumi let's come I'll drop you he was just a bad pe......."
"If you dared to touch her your hands will surely be breaks from my hands" he said when shiv was about to grab her arms.
"Look man I don't give a fuck about you so stop interfering in someone's business don't behave like you are her bf so get of my way now............"
He was cutted off when he punched him on his face cause he grab her hand. Rumika gasped seeing his dangerous side. She know now he'll not leave her.
"I said you to don't touch her but you.... And I'm not her bf cause I am her husband, do you get it?" He said while pulling closer rumika to him.
Shiv got shocked listening his words.
"H-husband?" He repeated and looked at Rumika who was looking down.
"I know she didn't tell you but let me tell you that she is belongs to me and if you again dared to touch her or purpose her you will surely be dead out of my hands" he said while shiv come closer to her.
"Did he saying truth rumi that he was your husband y-you are married and his wife?" He asked and she looked at him while nodded her head in yes.
The pain in his heart could feel by rumika cause she is also going through the same state. She looked at his eyes and could see pain.
"Why y-you didn't tell me earlier, do you even know how much painful it is to whom you love is already belongs to someone" he asked and the tears were fell from her eyes.
"I-I'm s-sorry brother I didn't know but just take care of her" he said but yugant ignored him and dragged rumika forcefully out of the restaurant.
