CHAPTER -27

Rumika's POV:

After they all leave for their work.
I was in the kitchen and suddenly a maid appears.
"Mam please give me a work" she asked me "you came again didn't dadi said you to not come in the house again" "mam please I wanted to work"
"But I don't have any work so that you can do and also you always make mistakes"
"No I'll do work neatly please mam"
"Ohk fine then you can clean the living room but remembered don't try to break anything orelse I will tell dadi" "yes mam thank you"
"Hmm go now"
I was helping maids to put crockeries only then Ruby came inside
"Can you please do me hot water?"
She asked me and I put container to the stove and pour water in it.
After a few minutes water boiled
I pour it in the glass and give it to her but when she was holding the glass she purposely twisted which made the hot water fell on my left hand and when I saw her she was smirking at me.
"Aahhh are you idiot or what? What the hell you did? Aahh"
I was holding my hand tightly and a maid standing there bring my hands to the cold water but nothing is working the burning sensation was killing me.
My hand got red and it was swelling badly.
"Oops I'm so sorry rumika" she said to me "Sssss I knew you did this in purpose can't you just leave me alone for a while"
"Shut the fuck up yeah I did it purposely now what huhh?" She said to me went out while tears were flowing from my face and I too started to went in my room only then I heard crash sound.
I turned back and that maid break a glass vase.
"What the hell did you do? I warned you before that Don't made a mistake then how can you break it?" I said in anger with pain that was spread in my hand.
"Mam I didn't do it trust me I was not here I was in that side"
"So now you are lying to me wait let dadi came and I complaint about you to her now clean this in the newspaper and tightly secure this or else someone will injured" I said and was about to go and my eyes were looking down at my hand, I don't even know Ruby was coming.
I collided with her hard and her hand touched my left hand and I felt sharp pain so I pushed her which result was that she fell on the floor and glass pierced her hands and legs.
She hissed in pain and I widened my eyes, every maids were there.
I went towards her to pick her up I was trying to pick her up with one hand but her hand again slipped and the glass again pierced her hand.
"What the fuck AAhh pick me up now." Maids came and started to pick her up. She somehow stand up on her feet and blood was dripping from her legs and hands.
"You did this in purpose right? You were taking revenge with me huhh?" "N-No I didn't do it purposely it's just....."
She slapped me on my cheeks
"Don't you fucking dare to speak something you bitch?" She said and calm down not wanting to argue with her anymore cause now everything is going against me.
"Let me take you inside and do your bandage......" "No just fucking stay away from me understand, what you are seeing now go from here" she said and I went upstairs.

Author's POV:

"Now help me you all" she said to maids and they took her slowly in her room.
She called someone on the phone but the person didn't pick up she again called and the call was picked up.

On the phone

Y-yugant-

-yes Ruby what happened?

Please come home-
fast.

- why, Is everything fine?

N-No y-yugant I-
injured my legs
and hands...
(While crying)

- I'll tell to driver you
go with him to a doctor
I will come there, hmm?

Okay but come fast-

She said and he hummed while cutting the call.
Soon she went to doctor with driver.
She was hissing in pain. But this is only the karma, right.

Soon she went inside yugant shocked to see her and took her to a doctor.
"How the hell did this happen, huhh?"
"C-Cause of Rumika" she said and he shocked.
Doctor Clean her wound and bandage it.
"Be sure you shouldn't apply any water on it and take rest. Yeah and take this medicine to heal fast. Take care" the doctor said and he made her sit in his car and started to drive to house.
"Can you tell me exactly what happened?" He asked her.
"N-No-thing yugant its okay now"
"Just tell me you don't need to be worry"
"Umm cause of yesterday's incident rumika pushed me on the glass pieces"
She said and he tightened his grip on the wheel.
"Why were there glass pieces?"
"I-I d-don't know" she said while crying in pain.
"Don't cry, hmm" he said and she nodded.
The hospital was away from their area.
So it took almost an hour to reach there.
And it was almost an evening.

At Sooryavanshi's Mansion

Rumika was trying to apply ointment but she can't cause her hand was now swelled to much and it was giving her too pain.

And also she was just trying to help Ruby but she slapped her.
Only then avni and Avyaan came in her room.
"Hey bhabhi wass....., hey why are you crying?" Avni come closer to her while keeping her hand on her shoulder.
"Bhabhi what happened to your hand" Avyaan asked.
"I got burned" avni held her hand easily "how? it got to much swell"
Avni said to her.
"Umm I was boiling water but it was slipped and fell on my hand"
"Ohh no did you apply anything?"
Avyaan asked and she shook her head in no.
"And why?"
Atharv came inside and asked her.
"It was paining so I didn't apply anything"
"But you should bhabhi what if you got infection" avni said only they heard loud voice of yugant calling Rumika downstairs.

"What happened to bhai?" Avyaan asked and they all went downstairs.
When she arrives downstairs. She saw Ruby who was sitting on the couch and she had bandage on her legs and hands.
And Yugant was staring at her in anger.
"Y-You call me?" Rumika asked to Yugant.
"What the hell do you think to do with her huhh?" He said her and she flinched and looked down.
"N-No-thing?" He came closer to her.
"You are again lying to me rumika I want to listen truth" he said her.
"I'm s-say-ing truth" she said looking at him.
"Okay so you will not tell huh then just tell your answer in yes or no"
She nodded her head looking down.
"Do. You. Pushed. Ruby. On. The. Glass pieces ? Hmm"
He asked her but she was silent.
"I asked you a fucking question rumika just tell me yes or no?"
She flinched over his loud voice
"Yes or no? Did you pushed her?"
And she nodded her head.
"I want yes or no and look at my eyes whenever I am talking to you"she looked at him
"Yes or no?"
"Y-Yes" she said and tears were already soaked her cheeks. His eyes turned red and he come more closer to her.
"And why the fuck did you pushed her huhh?" He asked her.
"Leave it yugant now I'm fine look she is getting hurt by your words, don't say...."Ruby said to him and those three are watching everything clueless.
"No she deserves this hurt, what if the glass pieces stuck in her eyes huh do you think this as a joke, are you a kid? Look, you caused such a big accident with her and she is still taking your side, why the fuck did you do with her huhh?"
The tears were flowing miserably from her eyes.
"I-I did-n't do it in-ten-tion......."
"Just stop saying lying rumika I Fucking Hate Lies, did you get that?" He again shout and she started crying again.
"Stop it yugant, it's okay rumika you can go now" Ruby said intentionally these sweet words to him.
"Fine, Rumika just say sorry to her" he said and she instantly looked at him.
"What just go and say sorry to her?
He said and she shook her head in no.
"So now also you have courage to denied rumika, just go and say sorry to her" but she again denied her.
"I said go and say so......"

"Ruby what happened to you beta?"
