Once the belt signs were turned off, both Akriti and Aarush started preparing for getting off the plane.

As first class aisle gets to go first, people who were seated ahead of them started vacating the plane. As Akriti got up to take her hand luggage out of the compartment, Aarush got out of his seat with his bag and started walking towards the front exit. Picking her purse from her seat, Akriti too started walking, just behind Aarush.

As they approached the flight attendants who were standing by the gate to bid them goodbye, Akriti saw how the three flight pilots were present there too. One after the other, all three of them extended their hand forward for Aarush. After sharing a brief moment Aarush smiled at them and said his word of thanks.

"We are very grateful you chose this flight for your travel." One of the pilots said.

"Oh no. I'm glad I got to fly with you guys." Aarush politely said.

"Thank you. We're truly honoured, Captain Kapadia." Other one said.

Captain? Is he like a policeman or something? Akriti whispered to herself.

"Oh no ma'am. He's one of the best pilots of our country. Graduated at top of his class and a true inspiration for us all." One of the pilots informed Aakriti with a smile. Apparently she didn't whisper as subtly as she thought.

"You're a pilot?" Aakriti asked as she turned to look at Aarush.

"Yes but captain Khanna here is just flattering me with all the praises." Aarush replied as he clapped his hand on the back of the pilot who answered Aakriti, who was apparently Captain Khanna.

Shortly, Aakriti and Aarush bid the pilots farewell and descended down the airplane. Getting into the shuttle which was supposed to take them to their gate, Aakriti noticed how Aarush stood next to her.

"Wow so if you're a pilot, why weren't you flying the plane? How come you were back there with me?" Aakriti questioned in a lower voice so as to not attract any attention to them.

"Meri chuttiyan nahi hoti kya? Har waqt duty pe thodi rahunga mai." Aarush replied in a duh voice.

Don't I get to have holidays too? I'm not on duty all the time.

"Ahh, good point." Aakriti replied and nodded her head before she realised something.

Her eyes widened and a frown married her face as she swatted her hand and gave a hard slap on Aarush's shoulder.
