Well hello, I thought this would be my last chapter on this story and then this would be finished, but fate has decided that this will have more chapters (This will definitely be my longest story).

Bard woke up from his sleep, he had slept very well as it was already noon and nobody was at his sight. He got up from his bed and walked to a bucked full of water washing his face, he then grabbed the towel next to him and tried his face off.

Bard put more clothes on and attached his sword to his belt, just in case he always thought. And as he was leaving he still grabbed the green cloak Thranduil had given to him even when he didn't really need it.

Bard walked around and to his surprise he didn't see anybody, not even children running around. But as he walked more he could hear loud voices at a short distance. As Bard walked towards it he noticed he was walking to the former market. When he was close enough he could see people sitting and standing around something, as if they were giving some space.

When Bard walked to the crowd he asked an younger lady what was this all about.

She turned around surprised. "My king! How happy I am to see you! Your son prince Bain is practicing with other young boys and they turned into to a competition. Now they are competing who will be the last one standing. Only prince Bain and the son of one a fisher man are left, both are really good at sword fighting." She explained quickly.

"I see." Bard nodded understanding.

"And so prince Bain is the winner!" A man yelled to inform the competition had come to the end.

And with that the crowd started clapping and saying their congrads.

Bard smiled and walked through the crowd so that Bain could see him and spoke up. "Now that you have practiced with people your age would you care to have fight with your father?" Bard asked smirking.

Bain bowed his head "Hello father. I have gotten better have I not?"

Bard smiled. "Yes, you have."

"I would love to practice with you." Bain said swinging his sword.

"Good." Bard looked at the man who had announced the winner earlier, the man nodded understanding.

"Now we have a match between the king and the prince! be sure to look carefully! Especially you young boys!" The man yelled.

Bard could feel the excitement from the crowd. He spotted Legolas and walked towards him.

He took his cloak off. "Could you hold on to this for me Legolas?" Bard said offering him the cloak.

Legolas took it happily. "I can with pleasure."

Bard nodded and noticed a few men were giving him weird looks. He didn't really think about it and walked to his spot. After that Bard pulled his sword out of its sheath and took his stance. Bain did the same and so both of them were waiting for the fight to begin.

"Begin!" Yelled the man.

And so both Bard and Bain stepped forward ready to attack. Bain swung his sword first but Bard blocked it with his sword and counter attacked immediately. This continued for a while, neither of the had caused the other any wounds but that was the point, they did not want to hurt each other, they only wanted to win.

Bain wanted to win so that he could show his father how good he had become. To Bard it didn't really matter who won he only wanted to show his only son new techniques. But a win would be a bonus.

After a while of changing attacks with eachother both Bard and Bain were feeling tired. As Bain got closer to Bar, he went into a defensive pose with his sword first. Bain swung his sword colliding it with Bards, and that caused Bards sword to swung into the air out of Bards hands. But as Bard was trained by Legolas, he quickly got to the ground on his hands and to his left leg. He used his right leg to sweep Bains legs from under him causing him to fall and lose his grip from his sword. The crowd gasped still waiting for the outcome of this fight.
