It wasn't really a miracle. Jangmi was a special case, and maybe she really could recover from this 15% chance.

It was unknown whether Taehyung's rare response had moved her. Jennie held her daughter's hand gently and pulled the blanket over her body. Then she looked at Taehyung , who was also looking at Jangmi.

The scene where he carried her on his back out of the hospital was still fresh in her mind, so she just looked at him like that. Her eyes filled with curiosity and confusion.

It had been a long time since Jennie had such a confused expression on her face. When Taehyung withdrew his gaze from Jangmi and glanced at her, he just so happened to meet her eyes.

Taehyung was stunned for a moment, then raised his brows and the corner of his mouth lifted slightly.

In the end, the human heart was only made of flesh. Moreover, they had already had eleven years of relationship between them. Now, with the addition of such a cute daughter, how could he continue to be so cold and detached?

Taehyung smiled faintly, put his hands in his pockets, and shrugged his shoulders. When he turned around, he said casually, "I'm going to my study to use the computer. You should get some rest."

As he took two steps toward the study, Jennie suddenly called out to him. "Kim Taehyung."

"If you can be with anyone else except Jeon Rose, then it's just a matter of time. Since Jangmi needs you as her father, can't you treat me fairly? At least pretend in front of her."

There wasn't a hint of begging in her words, nor was there much scheme. It was just that she didn't use her child to force him to do anything.

Jennie just couldn't figure it out. Since Taehyung can be with any woman for so many years, so why couldn't she do it?

She once thought that because she was Jimin's little sister, he really only saw her as his little sister. However, this kind of attitude could be changed as the child was born. It's been two years, how long will he treat her like this?

However, Jennie knew that Taehyung would not give her the answer.

Taehyung didn't say anything. He just looked at her silently. Jennie tilted her head. "We are not that young anymore. You have always been a smart man."

"You've always known how to take detours and twists and turns, but in my feelings, even in our marriage, why did you turn into a stone? Do you have to insist on maximizing all the damage? Do you really feel good about it?"

Taehyung maintained his previous posture, just looking at her in silence.

There seemed to be a layer of mist in his eyes, making it difficult for people to see his emotions. Jennie could not know what he was thinking.
