"Right. Grandma is daddy's mom, meanwhile, grandpa is daddy's father." Mrs. Kim also looked at Jangmi with a smile. "Grandma won't hurt you. Can Jangmi let grandma hug you a little?"

Jangmi hesitantly looked into Taehyung's face. Her eyes were full of questions and curiosity. Taehyung raised his eyebrow and smiled. "Grandpa and grandma will love you like mommy and daddy did. Don't be afraid, hm?"

Jangmi nodded as if she understood something. When Mrs. Kim and Mr. Kim extended their hands over, she timidly shrunk her neck.

On the other side, Jennie was sitting opposite the Old Woman. Seeing that the Old Woman was leaning on the couch without saying anything, but was watching Jangmi, Jennie smiled as she pushed a plate of fruit onto the table and handed her a slice of apple. "Grandmother, you must be hungry, right? Eat some fruit first while waiting for Dalisay and Darna to finish preparing lunch."

The Old Woman glanced at her and gave a long "En". However, she didn't accept it. She said indifferently, "Put it there. I can eat when I want."

Jennie put down the apple while smiling. Dalisay and Darna had already put down their belongings and went downstairs. She looked at them and signaled them to open the living room window so that the Old Woman could rest more comfortably.

The Old Woman saw her attentive and considerate actions, but she did not express her thoughts. She only looked at the scene of Kim's Couple playing with the child and treated Jennie like an air.

What a stubborn and strange Old Woman.

In this world, there was no such thing as love or hatred. She had never come into contact with this Old Woman, but this Old Woman had treated her as an enemy.

She could also tell that this Old Woman was not rejecting her as her granddaughter-in-law.

It was like the one she was rejecting was the Park Family.

However, Jennie didn't ask any further questions. She lowered her head and caressed the wound on her ankle, mentally calculating that she wouldn't be able to recover completely this week.

On the other side, Mrs. Kim finally got what she wanted and hugged Jangmi in her arms. Mr Kim and his wife stood by the window, playing and teasing their granddaughter. They looked very happy.

Taehyung quietly watched his parents happily hugging Jangmi by the window. It was unknown what he was thinking, but a faint smile actually appeared on his face.

Jennie hadn't seen this smile on his face in a long time. Taehyung originally had a gentle side, but he rarely showed it to others. However, Jennie had felt it before.

"Hehe, in the end, this child is still a bit afraid of strangers. However, if we keep playing with her, she would slowly get closer to us." Mr Kim teased the child over there for a while, then he walked towards the Old Woman with a smile. He sat down on the other couch.

Mr Kim then smiled at Jennie. "Don't keep everything in your heart in the future. We are family, you don't need to worry too much about it. If Taehyung hadn't told your mother-in-law about Jangmi's allergy to dog fur on the way back, we wouldn't even know."

Jennie just nodded her head. "I understand."

"Taehyung has the intention to bring up these matters. It can be seen that he is defending you to your mother-in-law. At first, I thought that there was some enmity between you two, husband and wife. However, it seems that I was overthinking it." Mr Kim smiled and looked at the calm Old Woman, "Mom, are you still not feeling well? Should you go up and rest?"

"I'm not that spoiled. I can stay here for a while!" The Old Woman glanced at Jennie indifferently. Clearly, there was a hidden meaning behind her words.
