When Jangmi saw that it was her mother, she obediently let Taehyung take her to her mother. As Jennie laid her on the bed, Jangmi quickly curled up into a ball, rolled over on the bed, and muttered, "Jangmi wants mommy and daddy hugged Jangmi."
Jennie had originally planned to wait until the child fell asleep before she left. She patted her on the face with a smile. "Be good and go to sleep."
Jangmi nodded and looked at Taehyung, who was standing next to the bed, looking at her with a smile.
Jennie stood and supported herself with the chair with one hand. As she stood up, she turned to look at Taehyung and said, "You too have been tired all day. Go take a shower and sleep early."
After saying that, she gently moved her feet, wanting to leave.
"I slept with her in my arms?" Taehyung looked at her and saw that her eyes were calm, so he said, "Since you wanted to leave, you should bring Jangmi too. She's still too young. If she woke up at night and cried or were scared or something, I would probably be flustered. Unlike you, who know her and how to coax her."
As he said this, he blocked her way, "You can't move much. I'll find a room to stay. If the child needs anything, just go and get me."
With that, Taehyung looked at Jangmi, who was sleeping soundly, then turned around to leave.
Just then, the phone in his pocket rang. To keep the child from waking up, he picked up the phone as he walked out. After looking at the screen, his footstep stopped for a moment before he put the phone to his ear and walked towards the bedroom door.
"What is it?" He asked.
"Brother Taehyung, it's only eight o'clock, I can guess that you still haven't slept. What about the little gift I chose for you today? Have you delivered it? Does the little girl like it?"
A voice that sounded rather clear came from the phone.
Because the room was so quiet, Jennie clearly heard the woman's voice. She froze for a moment, then abruptly raised her head to look at his back.
Taehyung simply replied in a low voice, "She likes it." He's already walking out.
"As expected, you must trust my taste!" Sowon was sitting on the grass under the streetlights in Boston. She lowered her head, took the tissue in the bag, and wanted to wipe her shoes.
She didn't realize that the area was the permanent residence of hooligans and didn't know that the area was extremely messy every night. She just sat under the streetlights and focused on making calls and cleaning her shoes.
"Yes." Taehyung only replied in an indifferent tone as he stood outside the bedroom door. As he turned his head to look at the door that was not closed, his expression darkened.
He knew that Jennie had just heard Sowon's voice. He just looked at the door, closed it behind him, and walked towards the other bedroom.
Jennie looked towards the door, then turned her head to look at her sleeping daughter.
Choi Sowon?
She remembered the voice clearly. That's the voice Mrs. Choii's daughter, Choi Sowon.
And on that day as she attended her eighteenth birthday party, once she became aware of the ever-changing crisis around her, she finally expressing her feelings to Taehyung. But after that night, he chose to disappear in front of her.
Sowon liked Taehyung. Mrs. Choi seemed to have plans to marry her to Taehyung and this was something Jennie was very clear about.
Park Enterprise and Choi Group also have two cooperative interactions, but because they didn't often interact on a normal day, their relationships were just business relationships.
