7:00 PM

Wow, tonight was busy, there were a lot of people coming in tonight, but I can't complain because this also means tips will be awesome.

Since I got here after my test was done, it's been nonstop dropping off one table's order, orders are coming in and out of the kitchen, and then at the same time as I'm bringing in orders more plates.

It wasn't just locals coming in tonight it was a lot of students not only from my school but from another as well.

Whatever the case it's a busy night at least.

" Hey Courtney great seeing you again," says Izzy smiling at me as she walks towards the counter "You too," I said currently filling a pitcher with water.

Just as I was about to say something the TV by the counter started showing a news report, getting my attention...

" AS MANY LOCALS KNOW LAST WEEK THERE WAS A MYSTERIOUS INCIDENT CAUSING STREETS, VEHICLES AND OTHER PUBLIC PROPERTIES MASS DESTRUCTION," says the reporter as images of last week were shown.

My eyes open seeing the destruction.

" Woah that's so cool," says Izzy amazed by the mess "It's not, " I said unable to imagine what or who could have caused that.

" POLICE AND OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT HAVE YET TO FIGURE OUT OR SOLVE THIS MYSTERY AND UNSURE IF IT COULD BE GANG-RELATED "

Looking at the video I hardly doubt a person let alone a group could even do that. Whoever or whatever did it must be something big.

" LOCALS ARE ASKED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN WALKING AT NIGHT SINCE THIS ACTIVITY OCCURRED LATE LAST WEEK. IF ANYTHING IS SEEN OR IF YOU KNOW PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITIES "

I haven't shared much of how I was injured, I was told so little since no one knows how I got there and I don't recall much either. The doctor said I didn't hit my head nor were there signs of me having a concussion.

Apart of me felt so confused about that night...it's just so all a blur.

" Uh Courtney you might wanna turn the faucet off," says Izzy pointing at the sink and making me look "Oh my god " I gasped seeing that I was close to causing the sink to flood "Sorry I was distracted " I said cleaning up quickly.

* Ding *

" Order up table 10," says the Chef hearing my table order was done but I was still cleaning up " I'll take it to them for you," said Izzy winking while grabbing a tray "Thank you I owe you " I replied smiling before Izzy walked away, I gotta stop getting distracted.

I'm gonna need the mop.

7:30 PM

After cleaning up it got busy again which was good and turns out the reason it was busy there was a football game between two rival schools, so supporters from both sides were there.

The game must have just finished cause people were coming in again.

Walking behind the counter I take tickets to the kitchen and get some water...
