It was a hot and sunny day the perfect condition for outdoor activities, especially extreme ones.

As planned previously currently climbing up the rocky walls, barely wearing any safety gear and wearing only climbing shorts, and shoes with his shirt currently tucked into his pocket.

This is what he enjoys most coming out to enjoy nature and get an adrenaline rush with it, risking his life even though this was a popular hobby for anyone it had its risks when not careful or trained.

" DUDE!!! YOUR CRAZY!!! " shouts DJ who along with Geoff, Alejandro and oddly Trent who were farther down from their Alpha whose focus was unbreakable to respond.

All four stopped to watch him climb.

" This is nothing to him " chuckles Geoff slowly leaning back and watching his best friend and leader, " we all know he hasn't had it easy after his brothers passed away " remarks DJ sounding depressed for the Alpha " his training got more intense and the responsibilities became something " he adds.

" What choice did he have? We all know his family's legacy and it's one he has no choice but to keep up " said Alejandro before beginning to climb "True that " replies Geoff climbing as well as the others.

As they proceeded Trent eyed the Alpha as he climbed; when he got the invitation to join them on this trip it surprised him especially when he was asked personally by the Alpha.

" When my pack heard of his brothers it was a huge shock to all of us...we just couldn't believe it " says Trent climbing alongside DJ and Alejandro "Two of the strongest Alphas known gone and the Stone wolves suffering a great loss is tragic " he adds getting the other's attention.

They all nod their heads in agreement " He misses his brothers every day not just because they were family, but also because he's alone in this world " said Alejandro sounding sincere.

" The three of them were close...his brothers always had his back and protected him even from things they saw " remarks Geoff securing his line before climbing.

As the four climbed talking up ahead of them Duncan heard what they were discussing making him climb fast.

He never talked about it much to anyone but it's true what they were all saying.

Every day for 5 years, he thinks of his brothers, he misses the conversations they had about everything and anything, the trips they took to go train, running together, and most of all protecting him.
