the air hums with a terrifying energy, a palpable tension that coiled around (y/n) like a venomous serpent. all around her....was nothing but screams of fear, agony and pain. gojo was dead...and yuta..oh god, he attempted to fight sukuna only for him to die in the process as well.
sukuna held gojo's corpse like a rag doll, blood smeared on his mouth as he bit off a chunk of gojo's head where yuta had used kenjaku's ability. he tosses his body carelessly to the side.
she watches wide eyed, paralyzed, as sukuna's sadistic laughter echoed through the crumbling city, a sound that sent shivers down her spine, a sound she knew was born of unchecked power and unrestrained strength. he is the epitome of evil, of power, of greed, of lust..of all the deadly sins she can think of.
"...sukuna," (y/n) whispered, her voice barely a tremor, "please, stop. It's enough..." she trembles, as she stands shell shocked.
sukuna turns, his gaze the color of glowing red, his smile a cruel mockery of the carnage as he spreads his arms out as if reveling this destruction.
"my dear," he rumbled, his voice a low growl, "you know I have to do this. these pathetic sorcerers stand in the way of my true power." he runs a hand through his hair as he revels the art he made.
sukuna got his original body back thanks to a forbidden jujutsu technique found in the archives of a temple. his four arms and two faces on display, body shirtless.
(y/n)'s heart sank. she knew his words were true, the truth that had been a haunting specter in their marriage. He was a force of nature, an untamed beast, and she, a delicate flower, could do nothing to tame him.
"...but, they're not the only ones who will be hurt!" she pleaded, her voice rising with a desperation she couldn't mask.
"yuji!...he's just a boy. and my friends, they mean nothing to you, yet they are everything to me!" the (h/c)-ette tries to tell him, holding a hand to her heart..
"you know I am beyond the bounds of your morality, wife," sukuna looks down at her unamused from his stance atop of a crumbled piece of building, leg bent, "you are too naive to understand the beauty of chaos, the thrill of breaking everything down to its core, my dear. so just stand by and watch this new world unfold." he grins sadistically, fingernails sharp as needles.
"everyone are pawns in a grander game, a game you know nothing about yet. I will play, and they will lose. this is the natural order."
(y/n)'s anger and desperation fueled her as she takes small steps toward him, frowning.
"there is no order here, only destruction!" she yelled, stepping a bit closer as the two maintain eye contact, "you're tearing everything apart! what kind of future are you creating for our child?!" she lightly touches her bump which grew a bit more.
sukuna's gaze hardened, his lips curving into a cruel smile.
"it will be a future of power, of domination. a future where the weak are trampled underfoot and the strong rule supreme.." He offhandedly says, jumping down from the crumbled building to approach his (h/c)-ette wife till he towers over her, his shadow engulfing hers completely. she looks so small compared to his true form.
(y/n) clutches onto his muscular and firm arms with her own, trying to make him understand her viewpoint, "..at what cost?" she choked out, her voice barely audible above the roar of the collapsing buildings, "isn't there a way to achieve this future without...without this violence?"
sukuna chuckled, a hollow, chilling sound as his hand cups her jaw in his big ones, caressing the soft skin with his thumb.
"this world is built on chaos, on the survival of the fittest my dear." he simply tells her, watching her reaction.
