💜FALINE'S POV:

Back at the lair, I was happy to have two more people in on the secret of the boys. I showed Casey and Rocco around the lair, and by the looks on their faces, Casey seemed impressed while Rocco was in awe.

We all gathered around Donnie's lab as he began talking about how purple ooze will help us find Bebop and Rocksteady.

"If this purple ooze was injected into Bebop and Rocksteady's bloodstream, its feasible that were I to pinpoint a singular isotopic signature, I may be able to use it to track their location," Donnie informed.

"And if we find them, then we find Shredder," Casey added. "Put them all in shackles!"

"And as long as we all have our hockey masks, what could go wrong?" Raph joked as he did a sit up on a pipe and popped Mikey's soccer ball.

"Seriously? Now I'm taking wardrobe advice from a couple of swamp things...living in an underground amusement park, and have, forgive me, the most pretentious names ever," Casey mocked, but I wasn't happy about him mocking my amazing boyfriend and three brother figures.

"Excuse me, they are not "swamp thongs", they are turtles who happen to know ninjutsu quite well. PLUS, one of them is my boyfriend," I corrected Casey, giving a stern wolf glare.

"She's right, and excuse me, I named them," April added.

"That's so fantastamazing," Rocco said from his spot beside her.

Then Casey heard some rustling and turned around to see Master Splinter. "Guys. Nobody move. Don't move!" he whispered.

We all looked at him, wondering why he was being so paranoid since it was only Splinter.

"There is a giant rat back there," Casey said, staring in fear at Splinter, who was taking care of some plants with music playing in the background.

Then I saw Mikey and Raph have certain looks on their faces. Uh-oh, I thought.

"Yeah, we've uh seen him around here before," Raph said, smirking evilly.

Mikey nodded, following his brother's joke. Leo mouthed "no" to him while shaking his head. I tried to get him to stop by shaking my head as well, but Raph wasn't listening. Mikey wasn't even going to be stopped either.

"You know, there's only one way to get rid of him," Raph told Casey. "You gotta get low."

"Low! Yeah," Mikey added.

Leo tried to signal his brothers to stop, but they just ignored him. "When you go at him, you got to go fast and to go hard," Raph pointed out to Casey.

The rest of us tried to laugh. Rocco couldn't quite hold it in much longer. "We believe in you, Casey Jones. It's all you, bro," Mikey cheered for him. "Three, two, one, go!"

All of us watched as Casey ran toward Splinter, but he got easily beaten up by the giant rat.

"Giant rat, 1. New guy, 0," Splinter said, joking along with his sons.

Raph and Mikey laughed and high-threed each other.

"I can't believe it was that easy. I almost thought he wasn't gonna do it for a second," Raph said as we all surrounded Casey, who was still on the floor.

"We really should have people over more often," Mikey said.

I laughed so hard, I couldn't believe how easily Casey fell for that. Then Splinter noticed me and became concerned. "Faline?"

I stopped laughing and looked him in the eye. "Y-yes...it's me."

He looked me over and gently touched my wolf face with his hand. I leaned into his tough. "I had a feeling this would happen to you," he murmured.
