🩶NORMAL POV:

"Let's load up!" Rebecca called out to her cops.

"April, Casey and Vern need an escort to Pier 90. The electromagnetic force of the portal is coming from there. Forwarding you coordinates," Donnie explained as he entered the Police Compound vehicle.

"Send a team!" Leo commanded. "Take us to the Chrysler building. We'll make our way up to his ship and take down Krang on his own home turf."

He nodded at Vincent as he entered the vehicle next with Faline right behind him. Their hands linked together.

Each convoy started up to be on their way to get this thing finished.

"We're 90 seconds out," Police Chief Rebecca Vincent informed them. "I've got tactical gear, weapons, communications standing by."

"All we need is cover to get up there," Leo ordered to her. "When we do, we've got to find that beacon that's drawing all those pieces together."

"If we can send that beacon back where it came from, and April, Casey and Vern can close that portal on our command..." Donnie explained.

"Goodbye, Technodrone," Mikey finished for him with a proud smile.

"Goodbye, Krang," Raph nodded in agreement.

"A team effort," Rocco stated.

"Team effort..." Faline repeated.

They all fist bumped or knocked elbows. The truck pulled in and there was tons of citizens outside.

"Let's move! Get into formations! Shields up!" Rebecca directed.

A group of officers gathered around the vehicle with their police shields up above their heads.

"Okay, let's get them in. Tight form on that barricade!" she demanded.

The police men and women surrounded the doorway and the teenagers each ducked out behind them unseen by the crowds of New Yorkers trying to catch a glimpse of what was going on. They got them to them to the doorway of the Chrysler building and the six of them ran inside.

"This is scary," Mikey said, observing the sight out of the window. "I don't know if we can do this."

"Guys, Faline said something earlier, and she was right," Leo said, gazing to Faline as she smiled. "We don't have to be perfect to be a team. We just have to be as we are, together."

His younger brothers nodded in agreement.

"We'll follow your lead, Leo," Raph vowed.

Casey, April and Vern barely made it into the Pier 90 building garage. Security cams spotting them and Karai, putting up yellow barricade poles. The car flipped up on its back end, and barely crossed through the gate as it closed. Leaving out all the cops.

The group climbed to the top of the building and watched as metal pieces began to fly by them.

"This thing is 57% complete," Donnie sighed, analysing the structure that was just out of reach. "If we don't stop it now, it's gonna be ready to go in less than four minutes."

"Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go," Mikey smirked.

"Hey, Rocco," I said, getting his attention. "You wanna go for a wolf run?"

"Oh you know I do," he returned.

The two of them changed to direwolf forms, putting on brave faces of determination. They ran forward and leapt off the edge of the building. Rolling onto one of the metal platforms, stopping their rolls as they as they landed on all four paws. Leo chuckled in admiration, as the other boys smiled.
