💜FALINE'S POV:

The turtles, Rocco and I, sat in a cargo hold of the aeroplane, awaiting Donnie's instructions of when we were to get off. It was hot and miserable for each of us. Rocco and I were in our wolf forms and were panting uncontrollably from the heat.

"Aren't there supposed to be, like, pretty stewardesses handing out warm hand towels and stuff?" Mikey complained, waving a piece of paper at himself like a fan, wiping the sweat from his brow.

"Not down here, Mikey," Raph sighed, bouncing a ball against the wall and back to himself. "Not for us."

"Oh, come on, it can't be that BAD," Rocco said, rolling his eyes.

"You stay out of this, Wolf Boy," Raph snapped back.

I groaned inwardly and slumped onto my back with my four wolf legs sticking up in the air.

Leo wiped the sweat from his brow and let out a soft snort of air as a discreet sigh. He wasn't one to be unfocused no matter what the situation, but he allowed his thoughts to roam steadily.

He snapped himself out of it as Donnie pulled up his holographic projections that allowed him to see Bebop and Rocksteady's location.

"Oh, boy. Bebop and Rocksteady are en route back to New York."

"What?" Leo asked quickly.

"They must have already retrieved the last piece they needed to open the portal," Donnie explained.

"Looks like our plane's about to cross over their, right?" Leo asked, examining Donnie's map.

"Yeah, with a 3,000 foot separation. Uh, I could plot a course for intercept, but we'd have to jump," Donnie shrugged.

"Jump?" Raph looked scared.

All six of us got ready and opened up the loading hatch to the aeroplane. It peeled away from the plane, and harsh air burst through towards us. Raph's eyes nearly bulged out of his head again, seeing the ground way, way below us. He was used to normal heights on the rooftops, but this was a free fall out of a plane. As for me, I have never in my whole life jumped out of a plane and did a free fall from the sky. So I was pretty scared, but I didn't think about it.

"Oh boy," Raph gulped. "Guys, I don't know if this is a good plan!"

"Yep, he's freaking out," Rocco said.

"Oh, come on, don't go getting soft on me now, Raph." Mikey slapped his brother's arm in good fun. "This is going to be fun!"

Donnie knelt down with his goggles over his glasses to look over the birds eye view over the other plane. Then he got up and moved his goggles back on his head.

"We got to go now. We only have a 30-second window. You know the plan," Donnie informed us, offering us a small wave before leaping headfirst out the plane without a second's hesitation while some of our backs were turned.

"UH, Leo," I asked as Mikey, Rocco, and I watched Donnie leave the plane.

"What?" Leo asked, unbothered, fastening a parachute onto Raph's shell.

"He jumped," Mikey and Rocco said in unison.

Leo and Raph both turned quickly to see that Mikey and Rocco were right. Donnie was no longer near the doorway to the plane like he was mere seconds ago. He was gone and had indeed jumped without a parachute, no less.

"He JUMPED?!!" Raph exclaimed.

"Uh-huh." Mikey nodded, still surprised while Rocco and I continued to stare.

"Alright, one for all." Leo confidently strolled towards the doorway.

"Wait, wait, wait! You don't have a chute!" Raph called out behind his eldest brother, his voice shaking slightly.
