Smack

The first thing I heard was the sound of a hand making its way across my face, then seeing Weiss head into the bathroom.

Blake: "What was that about?"

Stele: "Oh you know...Schnee things."

Ruby: "Awww, but I thought you two were getting along."

Yang: "Ugh! It's too early to be so loud!"

Besides Yang throwing a pillow that hit the wall above me, everyone seemed ok since last night. Ruby was back and playing on her Scroll, Blake sat with her back against the wall and book in hand, and Yang covered in...well her bed covers.

Ruby: "Oh!...Looks like I am needed at Ozpin's office."

Blake: "Well, we knew they were to call you eventually."

Stele: "Yeah...naturally it was this. We all knew for it was only obvious..."

I had no clue what they were talking about.

Ruby: "Oh, sorry Stele. I told them while you were asleep, but I kind of caught someone in the CCT tower, but they sort of...attacked me and got away."

Oh, so I do know what they are talking about, not like I'll say anything. I just need to lay here and play with my metal as she leaves to talk with those at Ozpin's office.

I haven't really had time to focus on training shape formations. Though just because I haven't been able to try and make smaller things, nothing has stopped me from just getting a better feeling for it all. I didn't even have to move either, I just had to grab a piece from under myself, since I already lay across my Forge.

Yang: "I don't like seeing you train your semblance."

Stele: "I am always training though. Any time I connect with metal, I get better with it, reading to understand a metal just a bit more, I get better with it. What you are peaking at me doing from under your cover, is me trying to make a chain."

Yang: "But didn't you use a chain when we had a rematch?"

Stele: "Yeah I did."

I was still focused on the chunk of metal in my hand, breaking pieces off, reattaching pieces, changing into any shape I could. It barely took a thought or two in order for the chain inside my Forge to shoot its way out and wrap itself around the bedpost near Yang, who may be barely visible but the shock of the chain flying towards her was clear to me.

Yang: "Hey watch it!"

Stele: "Do you watch each of your fists as you throw a punch? Or how about each of your shots from your weapon?"

Yang: "No and why should I? I know what my hands are doing and what I am shooting at."

Stele: "Well my metal is the same. I may not always be physically attached to it, but to me its like another limb. Especially for something long like this chain, if it were just a small lump of metal it does feel like a bit off."

To really emphasize my point, with a bit more concentration, I was able to unwrap and outline shapes and even part of her name...until it got tangled up on itself.

Yang: "Yeah... I see you have that totally under control. Anyways, I got a message that I have a package to pickup."

She didn't seem impressed with the chain, especially with her mocking tone, but I guess I did mess up at the end. Still, she didn't have to be such a bi-

Weiss: "I'm going to get breakfast."

My thought was broken as Weiss left the bathroom and immediately left the room. I guess she was taking a shower as her hair still looked damp, and I also saw her wearing sunglasses. We couldn't say anything about it as she was only in the room for a moment before leaving.
