I was staring at the video like an idiot, rewatching it over and over and over again. I couldn't believe her, first, she didn't even invite me to the club and then I had to watch as she kissed some girl from Nikas private story. It's not like she had an obligation to tell me or anything and I guess we were kind of in a fight because of what she said to me. But whilst I was laying in bed on the verge of tears because I was so heartbroken she was out and about kissing random girls and posting it on Snapchat. I know she didn't know how I felt about her, and I know she didn't like me but it just hurt that she didn't even care if I was alright or not after our fight, she didn't even apologise. She hasn't spoken to me since then because she didn't come home after the club last night, but Nika did.
I stopped re-watching the video but the image of her grabbing that brunette girl's face and kissing her passionately replayed in my mind. I just couldn't believe I had read the situation so wrong. it doesn't matter now though, I'm talking to Leilani and she's great and amazing and she doesn't make me feel like she likes me one minute and hates me the next, it's good.
I jumped up from my bed which I was sitting on and started gathering my training stuff into my bag, we had a long practice today since we had an opening season game against Louisville tomorrow, which we would be travelling to later tonight. This means that going out last night probably wasn't Nika and Paige's best decision. Well, Nika is Croatian so she at least knows how to get through it....but Paige?
I put on my Training gear and slipped on my slides before I headed out into the common room, my hair was in a slick back bun because it was wash day.
"Still no sign of Paige?" Azzi asked Nika as they filled up their water bottles, we were almost ready to go.
"nup, she texted me saying she was meeting us down there" Nika replied.
"How are you feeling?" I asked Nika, curious to find out what happened last night.
"Oh, I'm fine I only had one drink because I knew I had practice today...But Paige bro she went crazy for no reason" Nika laughed, but Azzi and I didn't. Azzi just rolled her eyes and scoffed as I looked down at the ground.
"Alright, should we get going?" I said interrupting the awkward silence, everybody agreed and followed.
We all walked down the hallway, just chatting and laughing, somehow the awkwardness had gone and we were back to how we were five minutes ago. Since Aaliyah, Ice and Aubrey were just staying downstairs I knocked on their door to see if they wanted to carpool. They all agreed and we went in two separate cars to the gymnasium.

There was still no sign of Paige yet, which was extra weird because regardless of any situation she was normally on time for basketball. Everybody had already laced up their basketball shoes and was on the court ready for warmups. We all looked at each other weirdly since Geno had just walked in and there was still no sign of Paige.
