The 2011 tornado outbreak was the largest outbreak in history. The Hackleburg tornado was 1 of 5 EF5 tornadoes on April 27 along with Philadelphia, Smithville and Rainsville. It was 210 miles per hour and 1.25 miles wide. It lasted 2 hours and 35 minutes.
