At nine in the morning in Brasilia, the U.S. women's soccer team was in the locker room, preparing for their crucial Olympic quarterfinal match against Sweden. The atmosphere was charged with tension and concentration as the players got ready for the last practice before the game.

Alex, with her head down and a slightly worried expression, checked her phone once again. It had been two days since Brooklyn's last message, something unusual for the singer who always found time to send words of encouragement and love, especially at such important times. Alex's teammates noticed her concern and tried to comfort her with words of encouragement.

"I'm sure she's busy writing some song." Christen suggested with a reassuring smile.

"Maybe she fell asleep." Kelley said, trying to ease Alex’s concern. "Or she forgot her phone at home while she was walking Blue."

Although Alex tried to smile at these suggestions, she couldn't help but feel a pang of anxiety. She knew that Brooklyn always made a special effort to stay in touch, especially during important events like the Olympics. However, she decided to focus on the game ahead of them and put her worries aside, at least for now.

What Alex didn't know was that Brooklyn was on a plane, thousands of feet above the ocean, headed to Brasilia. Brooklyn had planned an incredible surprise for Alex, wanting to be present at one of the most crucial moments of her career. She had kept her trip a secret, making sure that no one on the team knew about it so as not to ruin the surprise.

As the plane neared its destination, Brooklyn went over the details of her plan in her mind. She knew that seeing Alex before the game could give her an emotional boost and the extra determination to face Sweden. She had been waiting for this moment ever since Alex first mentioned the Olympics to her, and nothing would make her happier than being there to support her.

Finally, the plane landed in Brasilia, and Brooklyn quickly made her way to the hotel where the American team was staying. With the help of some contacts and meticulous planning, she managed to discreetly enter the private area where the team was getting ready.

As the players finished their morning workout and headed back to the locker room, Alex hung back for a moment, her mind still on Brooklyn. As she turned the corner to enter the locker room, she stopped dead in her tracks as she saw Brooklyn standing there, a beaming smile and eyes full of love.

"Brooklyn!" Alex exclaimed, running up to her and enveloping her in a hug. Surprise and joy were reflected on her face as the other players, realizing what was happening, clapped and cheered.

"I wanted to be here for you." Brooklyn whispered, holding her tightly. "I knew how important this game is, and I wanted you to know that I’m here, supporting you."

A few hours later, Brooklyn found herself in the family section of the stadium stands, trying to go unnoticed. With a baseball cap pulled low and dressed in Alex's jersey, she blended in with the spectators, her presence discreet but unmistakable to those who recognized her. Although she had done her best to keep a low profile, some people had already identified her.

The singer had been away from the public scene in New York after the controversial incidents with Kim and Kanye. The negative attention had been overwhelming, and Brooklyn had chosen to stay out of the public eye. Now, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, she hoped to be able to support Alex without drawing too much attention.

However, it wasn't long before some fans began whispering and taking photos of the famous singer. Despite her attempt to remain anonymous, the excitement of seeing Brooklyn in the stands was palpable. She, for her part, kept her focus on the field, trying not to be affected by the stares and murmurs around her.
