Ich Liebe Dich, Lena ~ pt 3

☆ Twenty-Five ☆

A few days after Christmas Lando decided to take me out for a full refresh. I honestly needed it. He woke me up with tons of kisses all over my face. He just wouldn't stop kissing me.

"Wake up, baby!!!" He said while still kissing me

"What's with all the kisses?" I said

"Oh, baby, today is all about you. I've got plans to make your day extra special"

"Have you now?"

"Yes, baby. I do"

"well I'm looking forward to it"

"And so am I" he said.

Lando went to wake up Mirabella and I eventually found one of his shirts that was big enough for me. I grabbed my shoes and sat on the couch while Lando put Mirabella's coat on for her.

"So what exactly are you planning on doing for me today or are you not going to tell me yet?" I asked.

"Oh, I've got plenty of things planned but I'm not gonna tell you yet" he said while coming over to me as I couldn't get my shoes on because of my bump. "Let me. I can't bear to watch you struggle like this" he said while coming over to me and lifting my foot up to put my shoe on and then doing the same with the other. Lando picked up Mirabella on his hip while I followed behind. We went to the centre of Monaco and I instantly knew when we were approaching my hairdressers

"You're taking me to get my hair done???" I said with a squeal.

"Yes, I am. I figured you could do with a little pick me up" he said. He took me in and he & Mirabella fell asleep in the free chair next to me while I had my hair done. It took a couple hours to get my roots bleached to the rest of my hair and I had the ends trimmed so I was back to shoulder length again. I woke up Lando & Mirabella and we went to get ice cream after. I got 2 scoops of salted caramel while Lando & Mirabella shared a cone of chocolate cookie dough together. He was honestly the best dad to Mirabella and I knew he would be an even better dad to the twins. The next place Lando took me was my nail salon which I was so excited about. I wanted something special done with my nails.

"So what do you want on your nails?" my nail artist asked me

"Well I don't want them too long but for design wise I want my husband and daughter to pick a colour each and the colours to alternate on each nail except for the ring finger nail where I want it like a tye dye marble effect" I said before looking at Lando & Mirabella next to me. My nail artist showed them the colours and Lando pointed at this lavender shade.

"Definitely this purple shade. It just screams of you" he said. Mirabella then pointed at this light blue shade.

"This one, mummy!!!" She said while jumping on Lando's lap. She was so adorable.

"That will go perfectly with daddy's choice. Well done, sweetheart" I said as I kissed Mirabella's head. Lando and Mirabella played some games on his phone while I got my nails done. Surprisingly enough the twins actually didn't kick during me getting my nails which was nice. I actually got to relax. I finally got them done after a couple hours and I held my hands out to Lando & Mirabella. Mirabella took one hand and was admiring them so much while Lando took my hand and kissed it.

"Beautiful as always" he said. He never failed to give me butterflies. We went shopping after that so I could actually go get some clothes that would fit me and would get me through the rest of my pregnancy. We also all got matching bear onesies. We then decided to watch the sunset together at the top of the hill where the viewpoint of Monaco was. I cuddled up to Lando while Lando had Mirabella on his lap.

"been way too many memories up here... not so many good ones such as me trying to kill myself up here multiple times but I promise that I never will attempt it again. I'm happy with my life. Even though I have my days where my depression takes over and I say I hate my life, I don't. My brain just tells me to say I don't but deep inside I love my life" I said.

"I'm so glad to hear that, my love. Those dark days don't define you" he said

"Just remind me of that every time I have a day where my depression takes over. When I say that I hate my life just remind me what I've said up here. remind me of all the memories we've had and all the things you've done for me to make my life better"

"I promise, my love. And I'll never stop doing whatever it takes to make sure you know just how much you mean to me"

We went back home after that and all snuggled up on the couch in our bear onesies while watching a movie. Encanto to be specific. It was Mirabella's favourite movie. The movie was still iconic years later. I was just happy to be with my little family. The family I loved more than anything.
