Part 4 :)

As Matt, Nick, and Chris brought Y/n back home from the daycare, their initial relief was overshadowed by tension. Y/n clung tightly to Matt's hand, feeling a mix of fear and hope that their reunion might heal the rift between them. However, when they stepped inside, the atmosphere turned icy.
Standing in the doorway was Matt’s girlfriend, Sarah, her expression cool and calculating. Y/n's heart sank as Sarah’s eyes locked onto hers, a smirk playing on her lips.
"Well, well, look who’s back," Sarah said in a tone dripping with condescension.
Y/n instinctively took a step back, feeling exposed under Sarah’s scrutinizing gaze. Matt, Nick, and Chris exchanged uneasy glances, the tension in the room palpable.
Matt stepped forward, his voice strained. "Sarah, this isn’t the time…"
Sarah cut him off with a dismissive wave of her hand. "Oh, please. I just came to set the record straight."
Y/n’s throat tightened as she watched Sarah approach, her heart pounding in her chest. She wanted to speak up, to defend herself against whatever accusations Sarah might hurl, but the words caught in her throat.
"You’re causing nothing but trouble, Y/n," Sarah continued, her voice sharp. "You should’ve stayed away."
Tears welled up in Y/n's eyes, her hands trembling at her sides. "I didn’t do anything wrong," she whispered, her voice barely audible.
Sarah laughed mockingly, her eyes narrowing. "That’s what you keep saying, isn’t it? Pathetic."
Nick stepped forward, his voice firm. "Sarah, enough. Y/n is our sister."
Sarah turned to him with a cold smile. "And she’s a liar. You’re all blind if you can’t see that."
Chris shifted uncomfortably, his jaw clenched. "Sarah, maybe you should leave."
Sarah’s eyes flashed with anger, her facade cracking slightly. "Fine. But don’t say I didn’t warn you."
With one last contemptuous glance at Y/n, Sarah spun on her heel and stormed out of the house, leaving a heavy silence in her wake.
The room felt suffocatingly quiet as Y/n looked at her brothers, their expressions a mix of frustration and doubt. She swallowed hard, her hands shaking with emotion.
"Guys, please," Y/n pleaded, her voice trembling. "I didn’t lie. I promise."
Matt ran a hand through his hair, his gaze avoiding hers. "Y/n, this is too much."
Nick crossed his arms, his voice strained. "We can’t keep doing this. It’s tearing us apart."
Chris remained silent, his expression unreadable as he stared at the floor.
Y/n felt the weight of their disbelief crushing her. She had hoped that their reunion would mend their fractured bond, but Sarah’s accusations had only made things worse. She knew now that their trust in her was shattered beyond repair.
