"What do you think of those two?" Josh asked me. He was looking over at Elena and Daren who were playing a racing game. We were at ski ball.
"I think Elena just wants to be friends, and is trying to figure out how to tell him." I tell him honestly.
"Yeah... I think he wants the same." He responds.
"That's good then. I don't want either of them to be heart broken or for things to be awkward when they see each other around." I say. He nods in agreement.
"Did you hear Josh Barret is throwing a party tomorrow." He asked next.
"I know. I think he's doing it to impress Carry but I don't think it will turn out." I say critically.
"Me neither. Are we gonna be that couple that always talks about other couples?" He asked.
"Well you know what they say. A couple who talks shit together, stays together." I say with a slight smirk.
"You're absolutely right." He says but quickly leans in to peck my lips. We keep playing all the games until mine and Elena's curfew. Josh won me a giant bear holding a heart.
The boys ordered an Uber for all of us. They dropped us first before they went home themselves.
"Hey, guys!" Elena and I greet upon entering our home.
"We're exhausted. Good night." I say as we head straight to our room.
The next day was pretty chill. I woke up late and started getting ready for my movie night with Josh's family at about 2:00 when I was done I took the bus to his house.

Me and Josh's little sister, Megan, looked through the movies while he and his parents prepared the snacks.
"What about high school musical?" I asked her.
"You read my mind." She says sweetly. I click play so the movie can get started. Just then Josh comes out with a bowl of popcorn.
