Chapter 19
The hardest thing to do after planning is making the plan work.
She's losing hope. She is expecting to received a letter from the location she wrote on the letter as sign that the Knights believed and agreed to join her in capturing the group of Richart.
Barbara and Lyndsey went to the place she told and wait for a letter from the Knights but they didn't received anything. Aella run out of magic dandelions and she can't send a new letter.
Kai went to Richart's mansion early in the morning to do his role in their plan. The day is almost finished and later on Kai will come home to report to her.
About the Knights, Aella planned to go to the city to talk to Theo and convince him. The three ladies will accompany her back to the city hours before the attack of Richart.
"I hate him now. I thought he is our friend now." Febbie frustratingly said to them. She's talking about Kieran.
They're all disappointed that the they didn't get the trust of the Knights. They could capture now a lot of criminals, especially from the group of Richart who's been attacking the Aerthys for a long.
She's disappointed. Her heart is aching to the thought that the group she treasured and loved is not trusting her anymore. She expected a lot from them, from her grandmaster.
"What are going to do now?" Barbara asked.
"We need to rely now to each other's. We do not have anyone to help us. Richart must be prevented from kidnapping that child or else Richart will use that poor child to gain power." Aella answered.
"I'm so close in agreeing in the newsprint that Knights are useless group of people. I used to hate those newsprint for spreading things like that but this time, I want to agree to the writer." Aella added.
"They don't want to take the risk of believing you, instead they risking the life of their people and the fact that they received an intel like, those people are idiots." Barbara angrily said and the Aella, Lyndsey and Febbie looked at each other.
"That's a long speech from you." Febbie said to Barbara. Barbara glared at them when they chuckled.
"But seriously? Why do we need to wait for Kai? We should go to the city now." Febbie said.
"You're forgetting something. Your face is on different location inside the city and you are in the wanted list." Lyndsey said to Febbie who rolled her eyes.
"I seriously want to go to the tavern and get drunk. My life is full of challenges I didn't even need." Febbie added while she's checking her nails.
After they ate their dinner and went to their room and Aella is on Kai's room, waiting for him to come home. The whole night is so silent that she can't help but to get worried for Kai.
Her head is full of worries. She can't sleep. Aella is just lying on the mattress and staring on the ceiling, wondering what will happen to her after the day of the plan. Will they succeed? Or not?
Her thoughts were interrupted when the closed door opened. She looked immediately at the door and there she saw Kai entered the room.
"I'm glad you're safe." She said softly to him and her body calmed.
Kai sat on his bed. "Come here." He instructed her and she obliged. Aella stood up and moved closer to Kai. She almost shouted when Kai pulled her and she end up sitting on his lap.
"What are you doing?" She said in embarrassment.
"I did it, Sexy. I think he trusted me but he instructed me to do some deeds tonight and I will be out later to prove him that I can be trusted." He told her and Kai looked so sad. His blue orbs are staring at her and looks like he's bothered.
