Kai's POV

Knights are useless? I read the first sentence on the newsprint for this day. I smirked and put down the newsprint on the table that is made of wood and grabbed my cup morning coffee. I leaned back at the wooden chair and I felt the rough texture of it, because I'm shirtless.

What at good coffee after a stressful mission. Yeah. Robbing a house and burning it after is stressing. This mission is not on my option as a human. But what can I do? My father is the boss. Leader on criminals to be exact, and he wants me to practice my skills and become like him. A criminal.

Now, me and my men are in one empty house in a village that we will target next time. This house is quite far from the other houses, that's why it's perfect to use. We used this house for a mean time. We can't travel a long distance every day, from the mansion to different village.

"The knights are fucked up." One my men said after reading the news. We're six men in total. We all agreed.

"They must be mad." I said and grinned.

They laughed and I was supposed to laughed too when I heard voices outside of the house.

"Tone down your voices." I commanded them and they all stopped laughing and looked at me confused. We heard the voices and their eyes widened.

A woman and a man.

We heard them knocked on the door. I sighed and signed my men to shut up their mouths. I stood up and opened the door. Just enough for them to see me.

It's really a woman and a man. They are both wearing the Knights uniform. 

I flashed my smile and pretended as on ordinary man, living in this small house. "Good day! What can I help you?" I greeted them.

My eyes glues on the woman in front of me. Her hair blonde hair in ponytail suited her. Eyes that has the same hue of the nature, and fuck! Those eyes met mine and it's staring on me. I looked at her body and she looked sexy on her uniform. Her breast are slightly exposed because the size is not that usual.

She's not just beautiful but her face screams innocence and gentleness. Who is she? Why is she working on my enemies' side? A knight. She shouldn't be exposed in the bad side of this world. I want to keep this lady out of her dangerous job.

I smiled more when she snapped and realized that she's staring at me. They gave me papers about how us, thieves, criminals. What a cute woman. She have no idea who I am.

It turns out that the innocent woman that I thought is a tigress. From wanting to escape from the hands of the Knights, to wanting to be captured the sexy lady knight. I bumped into her when I'm trying to escape from the crime that I did.

From the moment that I heard screams of the victims, I started running away from the place, them I met her, again. In that situation. Her green eyes are glaring at me. She saw my eyes, and recognized me. What a clever woman.

The lady knight grabbed me by my shirt, and pushed me on the nearest wall to corner me, and she pressed her dagger on my neck. I can't believe this. I'm well educated on how I will protect myself from this situation, but I just let this lady to do what she want.

I tried to use my knowledge on how to flirt a woman, and aa I expect. She gets mad. Called me a pervert thief. My heart sank. How dare she. I called her sexy. I complimented her.

Then, her colleagues came to assist her. I learned her name was Aella. Her name is also screams softness.

I switched our positions. From me as her hostage to her as my hostage. I need to do that to escape.

Of course, my father is not happy at what happened. I lost my planner. Where I wrote down our plans. It could be in the hands of our enemies. The Knights. Could it be the sexy knight? Did she stole my note?

I can't help but to smile, because she's just fearless, she is also smart and clever.

My father held an emergency meeting about our plan for the day.

Even in my dreams, she's the only one I'm thinking. I ended up, waking up with a hard on. I'm sweating a lot and my body are feeling hot. She is in my dream, naked, blushing as I held her body. What the fuck is in my mind? Wet dreams? This is the first, I had wet dreams about a woman I just met.

I fucking hate the idea that she is working in that industry. It's dangerous. I want her stay innocent, hidden, and safe from the bad things.

So, I kidnapped her.

I came home with her. I failed my mission though. I failed to stole the old man's property. My mission disappeared the moment I saw her bloody and weak.

I realized that in a short time, I became obsessed and over protective on her. I'm crazy about her. I'm weak when it comes to her.

She tried to escape from me, the moment she woke up. There's nothing in the bed, when I returned to my room. I left her sleeping in my bed, then the next thing is, she is on my balcony, trying to escape.

I sighed and waited for her outside to get down.

I thought that when I kidnapped her, I will keep her from the bad things. My father locked her up and tortured her to get information. I tried to open the locked door but I can't.

I failed her. I hated my father for what he is and I hated him more when he hurt her.

"You want a change right?" I asked the ladies when I went into their room.

I saw Febbie smirked. "You like you went to hell." She commented on me. I glared at her.

"Just answer my question." I told them.

They all agreed. They want to rebel too, against my father. He controlled our lives, for years.

I want to be better too. Not just for myself, but for the other person who will love me in the future, my future wife. I want her to be proud of me. Date me outside because she knows I'm a good person.

The ladies helped me to escape with Aella. I thought I will die, when we encounter monsters within the forest. Glorgoths and poisonous slimes. My father also found us. I didn't know what to do at that time.

I thought failed her again. Aella saved me. I woke up, feeling better. Febbie, Lyndsey and Barbara saved me too, but my feelings for Aella become deeper, when I learned that she fought a demigod just to save me and get a medicine.

I never knew someone could be both smart, brave and kind. She's kind on me, even I'm a criminal just like my father. So, I promised myself to help her in everything. Give care, my heart, my soul, everything.
