Director Jinyoung stood by the lake once again, speaking to the creature in the water.

"The time draws near..."
"The time for..."
"A wonderful message to appear..."
"The message that you have waited and yearned for..."
A wide sinister grin formed on the Director's face.
"It finally came... It's finally the time for Mina to return to my hands once again..."
"At last... The final act."
He pulled out a radio and spoke into it.
"Call Hyunjin."

"Dining."
"Dining, eh? Well, his meals are quite unique after all"
"Yep. He'll eat nothing but candy. I mean, candy is great. But it's a bit weird to have it as your only meal"
"Well, I'm sorry that I'm weird."
The two staff members spun around in surprised.
"Ack! Doctor Hyunjin!"
"You shouldn't make fun of candy", he said while chewing on Pocky sticks.
There was a beeping sound coming from the system.
"Hey now, it's not the time to look away. Isn't that an alarm indictor there?"
"Ah! Yes!"
"Today's number of marks is still low, isn't it?", asked Hyunjin.
"Y-Yes. Due to the fact that the incubator growth rate seems to be slowing down..."
The staff member pressed on a few buttons which opened up the covers of the glass window in front of them.
The other staff member, who was slurping on noodles, watched as the machine operated on the other side.
"Hm... This is getting unexpectedly habitual"
"Well, that's true. Keep in mind that we're doing it for the sake of the world", Hyunjin smiled.
He walked over towards the glass and turned around.
"Anyway, we have a serious need for the spinal chords of these girls"
