Capter 22: The Baka X The Room X The Meeting

Hey guys! Sorry for not updating. I got into Hunter x Hunter and now I'm addicted. So yeah. Well here you go!

I woke up on a bed next to Carl. He was staring at me. "Good morning sleeping beauty." He said smiling. I gave him a smile. He kissed my nose and my smile grew with a slight blush. "Hey why didn't you come back after getting a drink last night?" He asked. I sat up on the bed "yeah sorry about that. I didn't really want to disturb your gambling." I said rubbing my eyes. "Wait. I fell asleep on the couch. How did I get here?" I asked "I carried you." Carl said with a smile. I laughed "yeah right!" "Ok I got Daryl to carry you." He said "where is my dad anyway?" I asked "he went on a run." "Oh.wait. what?!" "He's the new recruiter for Alexandria." "What! He didn't tell me!" "He tried to wake you up but you didn't." Carl told me. "Oh." I said

~later that day~

I took a shower. I heard Glen, Tara, Eugene, Noah, Nichols, and that guy Rick fought the other day, who I found his name is Adin, went on a run. "I hope they'll be ok." I said to myself. I hopped out of the shower and got dressed.

Time skip because I is so lazy~

I heard the group came back. Glen walked through the door with a sad look. "Are you ok? What happened?" I asked. He just shook his head. I set him on the couch. "Glen. Talk to me." I said looking him in the eye "N-Noah is...dead." he said "w-what? N-no. Your joking. Y-you are joking r-right?" I asked. He shook his head again. "I wish I was." He said. Tears brimmed my eyes I looked down at my lap. "W-what happened?" I asked "Me, Noah, and Nichols were trapped in a spinning door (idk what it is really called) walkers were on ether side. Me and Noah were on one side and Nichols on the other. Eugene got the walkers away so we tried to get out. We let Nichols out first. As he got out the walkers pulled Noah out the other side...I watched him be torn apart." He said I started to cry. I really liked Noah he was cool like Tara. "What happened to the others?" I asked "Eugene and Nichols are fine, Adin died, and Tara is knocked out." My eyes widened "What?! Is she ok?!" I asked "I'm not sure she hit her head, Eugene stopped the bleeding then took her to the van." He told me. I cried and Glen pulled me into a hug. Later that night I fell asleep.
The next day I saw Enid jump the fence once again and Carl followed. I had nothing better to do so why not play ninja. After a while Enid spoke up.
"Carl. I know you're following me. Again. And you're going the wrong way." She said I hid behind a large tree and watched them. "You knew?" Carl asked with shock "You're very loud. Can you go back? To be honest, you scare me." Enid said "You shouldn't sneak out by yourself. Two people just died." Carl told her "Oh, come on. People always die. You know that." She said coming out of hiding "We should go back." Carl said "Why?" Enid asked "What do you do out here anyways?" He asked she shrugged "Same thing as you." She said then started running. Carl ran after her. I waited till there was a safe distance so they didn't hear me then ran. There was a walker and Enid threw what looked to be a kitchen timer to distract it. They got to a small camp sight looking thing. I climbed up a tree and I could see them and a hollow tree beside them. I couldn't hear what they were saying. Enid took out what looked to be a knife and carved the log next to her. Some walkers started to come, Enid and Carl hid in the hollow tree. I could see that they were pretty close to each other. Carl looked at the walkers. Enid whispered something in his ear. 'Please don't find me. Please don't find me.' I prayed. Carl looked at Enid again but I could slightly see something in his eyes. His hand touched hers. 'Now I see.' I thought as my eyes filled with tears I turn and once all the walkers were gone I climbed down the tree and ran for Alexandria not wanting to see anymore. 'I HATE YOU CARL GRIMES!' I thought as I ran with tears falling. I got through the gates and ran for Carol's house. I ran in and slammed the door crying. Carol came running "(y/n)? Why are you crying sweetie?" Carol asked "can I stay here tonight...or until Alexandria is no more?" I asked "well tonight sure. But what about Carl?" She asked hugging me. "I never want to see that jurk again!" I said in between sobs. She hugged me tighter. "Why don't we make some pizza and cookies. Won't that cheer you up?" She asked "ok" I sighed. We got the ingredients but then there was a commotion outside. Me and Carol ran to the noise to see what happened. Rick and Ron's dad, Pete, where covered in blood and fighting. Sam came and hugged Carol tight. Pete got on Rick and was choking him, Ron's mom, Jesse, tried to get Pete off Rick but Pete pushed her away. Soon Rick got on Pete and was choking him. The baka(a.k.a. Carl) tried to pull Rick off Pete but Rick pushed him. Rick got Pete in a head lock. The fight was so intense I didn't know what to do. Deanna came running over finally "Stop. Stop it right now." She told them Rick said something to Pete but all I heard was "...and I'll kill you." "Dammit Rick I said stop!" Deanna yelled some people moved towards Rick and he pulled out his gun. "Or what? Your gonna kick me out?" He asked "put that gun down Rick." Deanna said "you still don't get it. Non of you do! We know what needs to be done. We do it. We're the ones who live. You! You just sit and plan and hesitate. You pretend like you know when you don't. You wish things weren't what they are. Well, you want to live? You want this place to stay standing? Your way of doing things is done. Things don't get better because you- you want them to. Starting right now, we have to live in the real world. We have to control who lives here." Rick said (he lost his mind...again) "That's never been more clear to me than it is right now." Deanna said "Me? Me? You- You mean- you mean me? Your way is gonna destroy this place. It's gonna get people killed. It's already gotten people killed. And I'm not gonna stand by and just let it happen. If you don't fight, you die. I'm not gonna stand by-" Rick was cut off by Michonne knocking him out.
I went back with Carol to the house and Sam followed. "Sam. I told you no more cookies." Carol said "I'm not coming for cookies. (Y/n) looked really sad. I saw her crying before the fight. Is she ok?" He asked "she's fine now go." Carol told him "Carol. It's fine. Sam is cool. Plus I'd like the company." I told her. Sam smiled and walked over to me. Carol sighed in defeat "ok you guys go play. I'll make some food." She told us. Me and sam played hide and seek. I hid and Sam looked for me I hid under the couch cushions. "...29, 30! Ready or not here I come!" Sam shouted. After about ten minutes he found me. "Found you!" He said I sat up "now..." I stood up "...you gotta catch me!" I ran with him chasing me. I tripped and fell on the ground Sam jumped on me "I got ya! I got ya!" He said laughing I laughed to "yep you got me." "There you are." I turned to see a familiar baka. "I was looking for you." He said "why?" I asked not wanting tears to fall 'if you let tears fall in front of the enemy it means they won.' I thought to my self. "What? I can't talk to you?" He asked. I started to get up "maybe I don't want to talk to you." I said. He looked at me with anger and hurt in his eyes. "hey Sam? Could you go help Carol or something?" He asked sam nodded and left. I got up and tried to leave too, but Carl grabbed my arm. "We need to talk." He said "I don't want to talk to a baka like you!" I yelled at him. He looked at me confused "what?" He asked "you really are a baka!" I yelled ripping my hand from his grip. Carol came in to see what was going on. "Carl I think you should go." She told him "but Carol-" "why don't you go check on you dad." She suggested cutting him off. He glared at her then me and stormed off.
Later Sam left and I was with Carol. "Carol?" I asked looking down "hm?" She answered looking at me. I told her what I saw between Carl and Enid. Some tears formed in my eyes and fell on my lap. Carol pulled me into a hug "I'm so sorry you have to go through this honey." She said. I shook my head "you shouldn't be sorry. You didn't break my heart." I said wiping some tears away.
