After Ji-won and Soo-hyun talk at the café and show everyone inside that they are together, Ji-won's parents are discussing something in their home without her knowledge.
"Chang-wook, I am so glad you allot your time to come here and have a talk with us," Mrs. Kim said, giving Chang-wook a hug.
"Thank you, Mrs. Kim, for the invitation, but I don't think Ji-won wants to see me," Chang-wook replied.
"How ridiculous. Just ignore her and talk with us first, then later with her," Mrs. Kim said.
She led Chang-wook inside their dining hall, offering him food, but he humbly declined Mrs. Kim's offer says that he is still full and that it is not yet dinner time.
"Who's here?,"
A booming voice asked, coming from their family room."Father, Chang-wook came to visit," Mrs. Kim said.
The Kim patriarch comes inside the dining room.
"Chang-wook? The Ji Chang-wook?," Grandpa Kim asked.
"Yes, father, he came to visit us and talk," Mrs. Kim replied.
Then grandpa Kim shows himself. Chang-wook immediately bowed his head as a sign of respect.
"You came here to talk? About what young man?," Grandpa Kim asked the younger man inside the dining room.
"Yes, sir. Mrs. Kim asked me to come and have a talk with you and ah Mr. Kim," Chang-wook replied.
"Hmm, you asked him? Let me assume about the marriage. Right?," Grandpa Kim asked Chang-wook.
"Ye...s sir," Chang-wook slowly replied.
Grandpa Kim sat on his chair and began to gather his food on his plate.
"Did you eat your dinner already?" Grandpa Kim asked.
"I'm not yet hungry, sir," Chang-wook replied.
"Alright, if you say so. Does my granddaughter Ji-won know you are here?," Grandpa Kim asked again.
"Father," Mrs. Kim said.
"I'm not asking you," Grandpa Kim replied to Mrs. Kim.
Mrs. Kim shut her mouth immediately.
"Did she know?," Grandpa Kim asked again.
"Ah, I don't think she knows, sir," Chang-wook replied.
"You better tell your daughter about this she has the right to know that you invite her ex-boyfriend here," Grandpa Kim said to Ji-won's mother.
"She won't allow this if she knows Father," Mrs. Kim replied.
"Then stop this," Grandpa Kim said, looking at her.
"Father, you must understand that Ji-won is at her right age to settle down. Don't you think it's unfair for her other two sisters if we let her off the hook of this tradition? " Mrs. Kim asked.
