It was palpable one wrong move from any of us, and we will kiss each other.

Soo-hyun was now leaning in, and I was closing my eyes, waiting for his lips to meet mine.

"Soo-hyun son, are you and Ji-won already asleep?," I can hear his mom say from the door.

I quickly opened my eyes when I heard his mom. Soo-hyun's expression was unreadable. He was confused or disappointed, or I don't know. This is so awkward.

"Ah... I think you... you should talk to your mom," I said to him, and this time I'm looking away from his close face.

He sat straight again, and he stood up awkwardly.

"Ahm... I'll just talk to-to her," Soo-hyun said awkwardly.

I nodded.

He walks to his bedroom door and opens it to talk to his mom.

Now, where should I sleep on his bed? Should I sleep on the right side? How about left? Where!?

Then I can hear the door closed again. He slowly walks towards me, who is sitting on his bed.

"So ah Ji-won, you should sleep if you want to," Soo-hyun said.

"Ahm, it's late already, I think we should sleep. You need rest too besides we will be going back to Seoul tomorrow," I replied.

"Are-are you sure?," he asked me.

I nodded. I mean, he drive for us and tour me around their house and everything. I think he should rest early, too, before we go back to Seoul.

"I'll take the right side," I said and got to my spot immediately.

He then sat on his side. I awkwardly lay down beside him and pretend to close my eyes.

"I'll switch off the lights now," he said, informing me.

"Okay," I replied while maintaining my eyes closed.

I can feel his bed dipping it means he is settling himself down on his side of the bed. Should I sleep? What should I do?

After hours of not being able to sleep. I wonder what time it is already? I need to sleep. We are going back to Seoul tomorrow or later. Ah! I don't know!

"Soo-hyun," I said.

"Ne?," he asked back.

"Are you awake?," I asked.

"Yeah. You?," he replied.

"Hmm. Can't sleep," I said, facing the ceiling.

"Me too," he replied.

"What should we do?," I ask him.

"Should we... talk?," he asked back.

What should we talk about? Life? Family?
