In the soft morning light filtering through the curtains, they stirred awake, their fingers intertwined, hearts beating as one. A gentle smile played on both their lips as they gazed into each other's eyes, feeling a deep connection that words could never fully express. In that moment, the world outside faded away, and the problems they had seemed to disappear, leaving only the warmth of their love enveloping them in a shared embrace.

The smaller seemed to shrink himself more into Jungkook's big arms, failing to hide his shy smile, and Jungkook could only hold him tighter. With each passing moment, the realization of falling more in love with each other became an undeniable truth, painting their world with vibrant hues of affection and tenderness. The pain they shared with each other, the love they shared for each other, how could Jimin want to give up on that so easily?

Flashbacks of the previous day revisit the smaller, making his ears heat up, a pinkish blush covers his cheeks. How did they go from crying in each other's arms, breaking up, to having one of the most passionate nights together? The joy of the events of yesterday radiated from their smiles, blending seamlessly with the warmth of their embrace, creating a moment of pure bliss in their beautiful reunion.

'How did I end up in his bed? I was supposed to end things with him.' The smaller kept asking himself that question.

Shyly, Jimin raises his head up, and their eyes meet with a mix of emotions - regret, love, longing, and a hint of hope for the future. With a trembling voice, the smaller mustered the courage to speak first.

"I'm sorry for breaking your heart, for almost letting you go when all I wanted was to hold onto you. I realize the depth of my mistake, and I hope you can forgive me." The words hung in the air, heavy with the weight of unspoken truths and the possibility of a new beginning.

"A simple good morning would've been a good way to start the day, Jimin." The taller said, stealing a kiss from those beautifully pouted lips that were so tempting to him. The smaller looked so beautiful under the soft morning light. His eyes seemed to carry much joy than sadness today. Seeing Jimin's lips curve up to a smile was one of the best things that had happened to Jungkook since the past traumatic weeks.

"I'm sorry, I just really had to say this before anything else. I think I was being an ass. I mean... yes, I really am scared and hurt, but so are you. You and I are both going through a lot right now. Trying to end things was really selfish of me." Jimin continued, the love, warmth, and safety he felt all in the arms of this man made him think. Was he really prepared to leave him all for the reasons he had? Couldn't they fix those things together?

"So, what changed your mind? Just yesterday, you were determined to leave me." Jungkook asked, caressing Jimin's cheeks and pushing back the smaller's bangs that kept falling closer to his eyes. The smaller stayed silent for a bit, making a thinking face.

"The fact that I love you. Leaving you was only going to hurt me more than loving you. And uhmmmm..."

"... and the sex was too good, right?" Jungkook chuckled, making the smaller cover his face inside the blanket. To be honest, he was embarrassed. Yesterday turned him into a person who has no idea what he wants - indecisive. How could he go from trying to break up with Jungkook to giving in so easily when the taller kissed him?

"You're so blunt. Yes, it was good, but I am not staying because of the sex. You're making me look like a sex addict or something. I honestly feel like I hadn't put more thought into what I was doing. I let my fear take over me and hurt you in the process. I'm really sorry, Jungkook." The smaller muttered, feeling very regret and embarrassment take over him.

There was silence after those words, almost as if Jungkook was still processing them. He then looked at Jimin. He looked at his beautiful and innocent face. He couldn't blame him for being scared for his life. Who would want to date a guy like Jungkook anyway? Who would want to commit themselves to a person who lived such a dangerous life? The smaller did try to commit, but that only lost them their first child.
