3RD PERSON POV [Continuation]

Ms. Park slowly reversed her wheelchair, making her way back in. The man didn't wait to be welcomed inside. He followed as if he had already been invited in. The shock on Ms Park's face was still there, and her eyes seemed to be getting teary now. She stared at the tall man, wondering if this was just a terrible dream or he really was here.

"Jihye, Hello."

The deep voice seemed to echo endlessly in Ms Park's ears. It was him, no doubt. His voice was still the same. His stance was still the same. His looks were still the same even after so long. The only difference now is that he looked very rich, and he was dressed fancy, unlike back in the days.

"W-what are you d-doing here, Dohyun?" The woman's voice came out as a stuttering whisper, as she was still shocked. The man in front of her only chuckled at her question.

"Okay, I guess I don't deserve a warm welcome after what happened." Dohyun said while nodding his head in understanding.

"Why are you here? You know I never want to see you ever again. Why did you come here? How did you find out where I live?" The poor woman asked all at once, her voice breaking as she was trying so hard to control herself and her emotions.

"Jihye, looking at you now... I feel... I feel so guilty. I have been feeling guilty all these years, but now... now it's more than guilt. I came to ask for forgiveness. Can we sit and talk?" Dohyun asked, his voice sounding sincere, and his face looked very sincere, too.

"Well, I'm already sitting as you can see, and I'll be sitting like this forever, thanks to you."

The man looked down after Ms. Park said those words. It was as if they stabbed him right in the heart. He then put his hands together as if pleading.

"Jihye, this is why I want to talk to you. I want to apologize. Please let me sit so we can talk about it. Please. It's important that I talk to you." Begged Dohyun. Ms. Park seemed uninterested in whatever that had to be said, but she pushed her wheelchair towards the lounge, and Dohyun followed behind her. He then sat down and faced the woman who seemed very angered by his presence here.

"Say whatever you have to say and get out. Jimin might come back anytime, and I don't want him to find you here." Ms Park said. Dohyun's eyes widened, and he seemed shocked and relieved at the same time.

"Him? You had him? You named him Jimin?" That voice came out very emotional and shocked as Dohyun asked.

"I told you, no matter what you do, I wouldn't get rid of him. It doesn't matter if you had someone run me over with their car and left my legs paralyzed for good. I wasn't going to abort my son just to please you."

There was silence after those words came out of Ms Park's mouth. Dohyun looked down as if very guilty of what had been said. Ms. Park, on the other side, was filled with hatred, and she seemed to want to cry. Seeing this man in front of her is making her relive all the memories of the past, and they're not the best part of her life.

"I... I didn't... Jihye, I was not responsi..."

"Dohyun, say what you came to say and leave me alone. Please." Jimin's mom said, her eyes getting glassy as they were filling up with tears. One blink, and they'd fall down her cheeks like a waterfall.

"Uhm... I came here to give you my deepest apologies. I know I really messed up your life at a young age. I... I destroyed you and left you just like that. I was your man, I should've protected and stayed by your side no matter what was going on between our families, I failed to do that. I told you to get rid of our baby, which I regret every day. But I'm glad you kept him."
