3RD PERSON POV
Jungkook sighed for the umpteenth time as he had finished dialing Jimin's number, again, just like it had the past few days. It took him straight to voice-mail. Precisely, it had been a week since Jungkook confessed his way to Jimin. And since then, the two haven't seen each other, haven't spoken, all because Jimin made sure to ignore all of Jungkook's calls.
"Gosh... he frustrates me so much that I can't even think about anything else except him." Jungkook mumbled to himself. He sighed in frustration while rubbing his forehead. He then turned to the side, glancing at the huge bouquet of red roses beside him.
"Okay, we can do this, Jungkook... Just go in there and apologize." He said to himself.
He then got out of the car, and his fancy car was parked right in front of Jimin's house. He grabbed the bouquet of roses and the little white gift bag that he had. He then closed the car door and stood for a couple of seconds, trying to think if he was doing the right thing. After a minute of contemplating, Jungkook fixed his shirt and made his way towards the house.
He rang the bell and patiently waited for the door to be answered. He had decided he won't lose Jimin because of this. He had to get him back, one way or the other. And if it means getting himself in trouble with Jimin's mom, then so be it.
The door then opened a few seconds after he had rang the bell. Jungkook froze, seeing Jimin's mother before him. She was seated on her wheelchair, looking up at Jungkook in shock. She could definitely recognize the 'tutor' who had dropped Jimin off the other day. The man who her precious son was crying about just days ago. He was here, looking smart and smelling good, with roses and a gift bag in his hand.
"Annyeonghaseyo." Jungkook did a 90-degree bow as he greeted the mother of his boyfriend. Jimin's mom was kinda taken aback but forced herself to smile and look a bit friendly and approachable.
"Hello, uhm... who are..." Ms. Park never even finished her question as Jungkook cut her off.
"I'm sorry ma'am, for just showing up unannounced. My name is Jeon Jungkook. I uhm... I... I came here for... uhm..."
"You're Jimin's boyfriend? Right?"
Jungkook froze for a few seconds. How did Ms. Park know? Perhaps, had Jimin told his mom about them? He got rid of his train of thoughts and nodded firmly while looking at Jimin's mom.
"Come in. He's still in the shower. He'll be out soon." The woman said, wheeling herself back in while Jungkook took off his shoes and followed behind.
Jimin's mom led him to the lounge, and he sat down. His eyes were wandering around the house, looking at Jimin's framed pictures on the wall. The house was very beautiful and simple, it smelled of lavender air freshner. The furniture was shining and everything was clean. Jimin's mom came back to the lounge and placed a cup of coffee in front of Jungkook.
"Thank you, Ma'am." Jungkook said with a slight smile. The woman could only nod with a smile.
"So, Jegguk... why exactly are you here?" Ms. Park asked, purposely getting Jungkook's name wrong.
"It's...Jungkook, and uhm... I came to try and talk to Jimin. He and I are going through some things at the moment and... he's not talking to me. I have to make things right with him. I can't even think straight. Each day, I feel like I'm going crazy without talking to him. So that's why I came. I have things to apologize for and... I have to make things right with him. Im sorry for the disrespect. I'm just showing up at your lovely home unannounced. I know that is not a good thing." Jungkook said, his words seemed to sit well on Jimin's mother since she smiled a little.
