JIMIN'S POV

I smile upon myself while I'm on the bed, updating Taehyung about everything that has happened while I've been here. Today, we had breakfast, and guess what... it was peaceful. That raccoon said he wasn't hungry, so he didn't come out of the room while we had breakfast. Which was one less thing I had to worry about. As of now, I am cooped up in the room, and Jungkook went out to get a few things that were running out. Yes, he did suggest that I come along, but the heat outside made me reject the offer. Nayeon also said she had a few errands to run, and then she'll go see her boyfriend, so basically, I have no one to talk to here.

I get off the bed and stretch my legs and arms, I've been sitting in one position so much so that my body is starting to stiffen up. A little walk in the backyard will do. I grab my phone and exit the room, humming as I walk in the corridor. The next door opens, and Ha-joon comes out. He turns and notices me. For a moment, I catch a glimpse of panic in his face. There is heavy silence, and I can see a bit of fear lingering around him. He doesn't say anything, but he backs away, getting back to his room.

"Don't let me stop you from getting out of the room." I say, he stops on his tracks and looks at me. Oh gosh... what a sin I have in heaven. How can I slap and scare a person who's older than me? But then again, he was asking for it.

"I... I forgot my... thing." He stutters, and I feel satisfied seeing him so timid because of me.

"Hmm, okay." That's all I muttered before leaving him right there and going my way. I hear the door to his room closing. So he decided not to come out after all.

The silence in the house is almost creepy. Isn't it usually this silent in movies before a ghost suddenly appears? I push away my thoughts and walk out to the yard. The sun greets my skin. Its warm embrace paints the world in golden hues. There is a gently cool breeze that makes the heat slightly bearable. Birds chirped merrily, adding a cheerful soundtrack to the bright day. I stretch my arms and breathe in the cool air as I walk around the yard.

But have I mentioned the beauty of this yard? I doubt I did. The lawn is beautifully mowed and green. There are different kinds of plants and flowers that adorn the wall of the house, I find myself picking on pinkish flowers and looking at it. Of course, it doesn't smell nice, but it looks very pretty. I walk around, enjoying the breeze and sunlight. My eyes widen as I see someone else in the back of the house -Junghyun.

He stands there, wearing shorts and a tank top with simple flops. In his hand is a hose pipe with water escaping it, falling on the beautiful flowers he's standing in front of. It's like a little flower garden. Wow, he knew that meanie had a sweet side for flowers. As if he senses me looking at him, he turns around and looks at me. He's a bit taken aback to see me standing there, but then he waves. I force a smile and wave back, I hope he doesn't think I was staring at him or anything. I see his hand signal that I should come closer and not wanting to be rude, I take steps closer to him.

"I didn't know you were into gardening." I say as I reach him. My eyes stared at the beautiful flowers dancing slightly because of the breeze. They really were beautiful.

"I'm not, just watering my grandma's plants and flowers. She loved taking care of them when she still lived here, so now I have taken it upon myself to do it for her." He explains, and my heart kind of melts. At least he cares.

"Is Jungkook not planning to visit grandma? So he could introduce you two." Junghyun asks, and I stay silent for a few seconds. I don't know... Jungkook never spoke about me meeting his grandma.

"Uh... I don't know." I say, looking down at my feet.

"Well, but then again, Jungkook doesn't really get along with anyone in this family. He thinks we all have something against him. For instance, my parents were good to..."
