27th November 1993

DUMBLEDORE ended their practice when dinner time came near, but before leaving, he gave Y/N a list of things she'll need for their first journey. He bid his good bye, retaining the girl alone to explore the Room of Requierement further.

Sky had already turned into darker shade of blue, the light from the ceiling window disappearing, setting the whole room into shadow. No stars could be seen, only great grey clouds swayed above the school, sign of another storm forming.

Gryffindor girl decided it was time to leave, so she put her curiousity aside and stepped out of the room too, entrance doors shifting into blank wall behing her. On her way to the Great Hall she folded a piece of parchment with recommended supplies Headmaster left her and carefully hid it in her crocheted bag, making a mental note to search the recipes and ingredients.

Tiredness overtook Y/N the moment she entered the dinning room, cozy warmth embracing her whole body. Her energy was low after all of the magic she had done, and she didn't even realise until it hit her. Her mouth let out wide yawn as she sat down next to Angelina, Katie and Alicia in front of her.

"Good evening, girls," Y/N greeted them. Girls opposite her returned the greeting and went back to their conversation between them, meanwhile Angelina handed her friend plate full of food and also wished her good evening. Y/H/C haired girl sent grateful look Angelina's way, happily digging into the meal.

"I figured you'll need it, was it too hard?" Dark skinned girl quietly asked after glancing around to make sure nobody listened. Y/N swallowed her bite and took a sip of pumpkin juice, then she turned to Angelina.

"At first we just talked for a bit. Then he showed me place where I will prepare things for my tasks - about which I didn't know and Dubledore can't say anything about them. He showed me how to work with my ability, but it was so hard, Angie. And he showed me only few things, because rest of them I have to figure out on my own," she responded, desperation evident in her voice.

"What do you mean he can't say anything about it to you?" Angelina's penny brown eyes were round as saucers when she heard it. "I thought he'll help you more."

"Because Keepers don't want to reveal anything that might endanger my ability. He told me my great grandmother was in the same situation as me, however I don't know if I am as strong as her," Y/N sighed, rubbing her Y/F/S face tiredly. "He told me I am on the right path, but I need to open my mind more. Ugh, I just hope it'll get better."

"What'll get better?" voice of Fred Weasley sounded from behind (short/long) haired girl, startling both of them. Ginger haired boy sat down on his usual seat next to Y/E/C eyed girl, staring at her, waiting for an answer.
