Summary: You graduate from Hogwarts and then run away before your parents force you to join Voldemort. Unfortunately some Snatchers catch you, taking you to Malfoy Manor.

Warnings: torture, blood, hurt/comfort.

When May comes you graduate from Hogwarts. The whole chaos of Snape killing Dumbledore happens and soon after the Death Eaters take over the school. Your parents, being pure-bloods and blood supremacists, join Voldemort's side. Your father, being a Death Eater himself, asks you (more like almost forces you) to become one too, but you run away before you get the Dark Mark.

The atmosphere at Malfoy Manor is tense and oppressive. Voldemort's presence looms over everyone, making them all tread carefully. Narcissa has been constantly on edge. Not only because of Voldemort's presence, but also because she's worried about you. She hasn't heard from you in a long time, and the fear of what might have happened to you weighs heavily on her mind. The only thing she knows about you is that you disappeared before your parents forced you to join Voldemort.

Sometime during your escape you are caught by the Snatchers. The manor's cold stone walls do little to mask the sense of dread that seems to permeate the air. A few Snatchers are guiding you towards the ballroom, their grips on your arms tight as they direct you to Bellatrix. When they reach the ballroom, the Snatchers roughly push you forward, leaving you standing in front of Bellatrix, who eyes you with a cold, calculating expression.

"Look what we have here," she says, her voice like ice. "another little stray lost its way." Bellatrix circles you like a predator, her eyes gleaming with a mixture of curiosity and malice. "You were supposed to be one of us," she purrs, her voice dripping with disappointment. "A loyal Death Eater, devoted to the cause. But instead, you ran away like a pathetic coward." she steps closer, her face inches away from yours, her breath warm on your skin. "You know what we do to traitors, don't you?" she hisses, a cruel smile playing on her lips.

As Bellatrix continues to circle you, you can feel the first twinges of fear start to build. You know her reputation, and you know what she's capable of. You try to keep your expression neutral, not wanting to give her the satisfaction of seeing your fear.

"I wonder..." she muses, her eyes flickering up and down, taking in every inch of you. "How much pain you can take before you beg for mercy."

The moment she raises her wand, a wave of pain unlike anything you've ever felt before washes over you. Your body convulses as the Cruciatus Curse seizes hold of every nerve ending, leaving you writhing in agony. She holds the curse for what feels like an eternity, your screams filling the air. Just when you think you can't take it anymore, she finally lowers her wand, leaving you gasping and shaking on the cold stone floor.

As you lie on the ground, still disoriented from the Cruciatus Curse, Bellatrix straddles your body. She holds a knife in front of your face, the blade gleaming dangerously in the light. Her eyes lock onto yours, glittering with sadistic glee. She leans in closer, the tip of the blade tracing a cold, serpentine path down your cheek. A cruel smile plays on her lips as she savors the fear in your eyes.

"Now... let's have a little chat, shall we? Girl to girl." her voice is soft, but the menace is evident in every word.

You feel a sharp pain on your shoulder, and blood starts to trickle down your arm, staining your skin and clothes. Without even waiting for your reaction, she punches you in the face a couple of times, instantly drawing blood. You're pretty sure your nose is broken and your eye will be swollen to the point you won't be able to see.

You have no idea how much time passes, you just know Bellatrix uses Crucio on you a couple more times, that is until someone shows up. Narcissa's heart is racing as she approaches the ballroom, looking for Bellatrix. She's been summoned urgently, and her mind is filled with worries about what her sister could want. She enters the room, her eyes landing first on Bellatrix, who's standing over a figure lying motionless on the floor. But it's not until she steps closer that she recognizes the person as you. Her breath catches in her throat, horror and disbelief flooding her mind. She can't believe what she's seeing - you, her former lover and the person she's in love with, being tortured by her own sister. She wants to run to you, to stop Bellatrix from hurting you any further, but her body is frozen in place. Fear and uncertainty keep her rooted to the spot.
