*Yayy I'm back here! I've been thinking about new ideas for Narcissa, so prepare yourselves (though it might take some time for me to actually write them). I am also always willing to accept any other ideas or requests from you.

*These are some of my personal headcanons of the character, some of them I did mention in my fics. These are not exactly pairing her with reader, just my general headcanons of her. But I can definitely write more headcanons that do include reader or any other headcanons.

- Narcissa is a natural blonde (this is canon btw), but since it's not really a trait associated with the Blacks, she's always been envious of her sisters. So once she graduated Hogwarts, and before she married Lucius, she decided to dye half of her hair black, so everyone would always remember she's also a Black.

- She has also always been envious of her sisters for being named after stars/constellations like the Black family tradition, which was another thing that made her think she didn't belong in the family and that her parents didn't like her as much. That's why she made sure Draco (and any possible other children) were named like her family tradition.

- Not only her parents (especially her father) were disappointed with her since the moment she was born for being a girl, but they also didn't like how she did not resemble a Black, so that's another reason for them favoring Bellatrix and Andromeda over her, and for them to decide not going with the family tradition of naming her after a star or constellation.

- Andromeda was actually the one who chose Narcissa's name because daffodil was her favorite flower. Druella and Cygnus only allowed her to name the youngest Black because they didn't even bother naming Narcissa themselves.

- For a long time in her life Narcissa has always been this perfect girl (perfect grades, perfect hair, perfect outfits, perfect future husband) because she always made an effort to try to impress her parents and to make them proud of her.

- Even though one of her biggest dreams has always been to please her parents, her biggest dream ever has always been to be a mother, specifically to have a daughter so she could give her the love she's always craved from her parents.

- Considering that canonically Narcissa was born in 1955 and Draco in 1980, this means that she had him when she was around 25, which is possible that she (even more so by pure-blood standards) had Draco relatively late, so she probably had a hard time getting pregnant (or many miscarriages) before the birth of her son.

- Still on the subject, the only reason Draco is her and Lucius' only child is because another pregnancy would be too risky for Narcissa's health, and definitely not because she doesn't want more children.

- She might almost have been sorted into Hufflepuff (because of her incredible loyalty to her family) or Ravenclaw, but, just as Harry did, she begged the hat to sort her into Slytherin.

- Although she grew up with supremacist ideals and was taught about them from an early age, she 'believed' more in blood supremacy because everyone around her believed in it, and for fear of the consequences of openly questioning these ideals, she always preferred to keep quiet about the views of people like her parents, Bellatrix or Lucius, so to play the role of loyal daughter and then wife.

- She learnt to play the piano as a child.

- Apparently it's a famous headcanon, but she loves looking after plants and certainly had a greenhouse at Malfoy Manor, where she was practically the only one who entered.

- Although it was an arranged marriage, she eventually came to love Lucius (perhaps not a romantic love, but a familial one), but came to loathe him as soon as he put her and Draco's lives in danger by failing Voldemort's mission in Order of the Phoenix.

- Speaking of the Order, from then on she definitely changed sides, mentally supporting Harry and the Order, even though she couldn't publicly support them. But above all, above the sides between the Order and the Death Eaters, between Harry and Voldemort, the most important thing was Draco's safety.
