Summary: You finally marry the love of your life.

Warnings: fluff, wedding.

*I hadn't planned to write Narcissa and you wedding ceremony, but this was a request so I hope the person who asked for this likes it!

You take a deep breath in an attempt to control your nerves. Your heart has been racing since you woke up today. Looking in the mirror, you admire the work of the make-up artist and the hairdresser. You admire the dress you chose with the help of your mother and sister.

It still hasn't sunk in what's about to happen. You're finally going to marry the love of your life. It seems like yesterday when you accidentally bumped into Narcissa in Diagon Alley. It wasn't exactly love at first sight, but you definitely felt a lot of things that day.

And here you are now: in your wedding dress, in a small room at the venue where the wedding ceremony and party will take place. Your mother and sister (who is also your maid of honour) have been responsible for helping you with various things: choosing the venue, choosing the dress, the heels, helping with the decorations... They've been your support the whole time.

Unlike her first wedding, this time Narcissa didn't want to worry about anything regarding the wedding and the party (apart from choosing her outfit, her maid of honour, etc). All because nothing else mattered to her, as long as she fulfilled her wish to marry you. Despite all this, your fiancée (still) made it clear that she didn't need anything extravagant (as her first wedding was), and that she would accept anything you chose because she trusted you.

And that's what happened: you, your mum and your sister had the freedom to do whatever you wanted. Just like your future wife, it didn't matter to you whether the wedding was grand or not, since you just wanted to marry Narcissa. So you chose something elegant but a little more intimate, inviting only those who really mattered and who had marked your lives in some way.

Lost in thought, you hardly notice a knock on the door and your sister going to open it to see who it is. In a few seconds, Dora enters, holding your bouquet of flowers, a bouquet of daffodils, in honour of your future wife. You turn towards her, arms open to receive the bouquet.

"Oh, Y/N, you look stunning!" she beams with admiration, her eyes full of joy and affection. "You're so beautiful, and the dress looks amazing on you. You're just perfect! And I bet my aunt's jaw is going to drop when she sees you."

Your cheeks flush with joy as you accept the bouquet from your best friend, feeling a sense of warmth and happiness spread through you.

"Thank you so much, Dora," you respond gratefully, your voice filled with genuine appreciation.

"I just came from your soon-to-be wife," she reveals, her eyes sparkling with excitement. "My mum and I were with Narcissa, and everything is ready. Everyone is ready to start the ceremony, they're just waiting for you."

Taking a deep breath, you lock your eyes with Dora's and say, "Alright then, let's do this."

Never in your life has time passed as slowly as it did now. Even though the noise was muffled, you could hear the guests moving around and the music signalling the start of the ceremony. In just a few minutes, your mum sadly had to say goodbye to you and your sister in order to walk down the aisle with your brother. Your younger sister, curious as ever, ended up peaking through the window, but of course without letting you see anything, which only made you even more anxious.

She suddenly gasps with excitement, her eyes widening as she turns to you.

"Y/N, it's happening! Narcissa's starting to walk down the aisle now!" she exclaims, her voice filled with anticipation.
