It's been a few days since Gaster's unexpected and, frankly, uninvited visit. Shigaraki finally stopped bothering you regarding when you will leave. You, surprisingly, stayed out of his way most of the time, and because of that, he learned to tolerate your presence.
You and Flowey, however, haven't spoken much since your outburst. Flowey would just sit quietly in his pot, looking down at the desk he was on. You were getting a little sick of it.
"You gonna tell me what's up?" You asked
Flowey lifted his head up for a moment, sneered, and then looked down.
You scoffed. "Fine, be that way. Damn plant." You said, materializing a knife in your hand. "I'm heading out. I'm getting sick of hiding here like some scared child." You said, getting up from your bed and leaving the room. As you walked to the front door, Shigaraki stopped you.
"Going somewhere?" Shigaraki asked in his usual raspy voice
"Yeah, I'm heading out. Don't wait on me." You said in an obviously joking tone, but when you tried to continue towards the door, Shigaraki stayed in your way.
"What happened to the whole "staying under the radar" thing? If you think I'll let you get out there and bring the heroes' attention to this place, you're dumber than you look." Shigaraki said, his eyes narrowing behind that hand mask he always wears.
You scoffed at his concerns, waving them off. "Please, I'm not that stupid. I don't intend to leave witnesses. Now, get out of my way, Shiggy. It's been far too long since I spilled some blood." You said, pushing Shigaraki out of the way with relative ease, walking out the door.
As you walked outside, a hood covering your head, you started thinking. Thinking about your power. About what Gaster said. There's no way what he said was true, right? That some black goo was influencing you? No. There had to be more to it than that. You were proud of every single life you took. You felt joy every time you watched someone beg for their life. There's no way all of that is fake. You refused to believe it.
You weren't sure if you wanted to kill anyone tonight. Maybe it'd be for the best if you just took a walk to cool your head instead. It would definitely make Shigaraki happy.
You let out a sigh, your mind involuntarily going towards Flowey. Just what the hell was going on with him? It's not like that was the first time you flipped out on him like that. Surely he's used to your fits of rage by now, right? Guess not. Maybe he was bothered by what Gaster said.
Assuming that Gaster was correct, that would mean that Flowey was made with your Hate infected DETERMINATION, which would make his bloodlust just as fake as yours. Maybe Flowey had a tougher time disbelieving that than you did.
Your thoughts were suddenly interrupted by a strange laugh.
"NYEH HEH HEH!"
You stopped dead in your tracks, looking up from the pavement, only to see... a tall skeleton? With a goofy grin and a strange outfit. Honestly, you weren't sure how to even begin describing it. Was he using basketballs as pauldrons?
"YOU SEEM TROUBLED, NEW FRIEND. IS SOMETHING WRONG?" The skeleton asked
You were stunned. Did he not watch the news? Was he living under a rock the past few days? Surely he knew who you were and was just playing dumb.
