You didn't plan to strike at the Hero Commission just yet. But it was clear that your plans have been thrown out the window a long time ago.
Any semblance of your original plan has long been thrown off course. Everything that's happened, from Undyne to Mettaton and Alphys, all of it lead to you having to improvise everything you did.
Granted, your plan was fairly simple. Kill everything and become king of the desolate wasteland that remained.
But you intended for your plan to be slower. To slowly, but surely, establish yourself as the sole ruler and god of this world. By being revealed to the public so quickly, that was all tossed aside. People hid from you, you are significantly weaker than you planned to be.
Currently, your LV is 30. You wanted it even higher. Let's hope that this is enough.
Currently, you were in the void. Surrounded by nothingness as Chara's, formerly yours, SAVE file was in front of you.
Chara giggled behind you before walking up to you, placing a hand on one of your shoulders before peeking over the other.
"Awww, no need to be so sour, partner. Everything will be fine. Things may not have gone according to plan so far, but that doesn't mean you will fail." She said to you, placing her chin on your shoulder.
"I'm proud of what we accomplished together, you and I. We brought the world to heel even without the secrecy you initially intended. But now? Now, we will achieve the true absolute. There are only a few more that you need to kill. And then, we can fulfill our true purpose." She said, whispering the last part directly into her ear.
She kissed your cheek.
It was then that you were thrown back into reality.
You were back in All for One's office. All for One's chunks had already begun to stink and rot from how long you were here, while Gaster's, black, gooey remains seemingly evaporated.
It was time.
You walked out of the office and proceeded to the Hero Commission's building. It was quite far away from where you currently were, so the walk will take a while.
Public transport and even regular cars were long abandoned. So, even if you wanted to take a ride to the Hero Commission, you couldn't.
It was then, that you noticed something strange.
Some buildings were on fire. That wouldn't be particularly strange in the apocalyptic dystopia you have created, but this fire was blue.
