Chapter 24 : Death of The Knighthoods

2 days later

Aaron Knighthood POV:

My gaze is on The TV in my room, it's 5am and I'm watching Manifest-- I need to watch it I'm behind on it, the show is already finished and I'm still by season 3.

It is still school today and I will be going, so I decided to wake up early and watch my episodes cause I couldn't wait the episodes literally just got out by us.

My phone rings, I yawn and grab it like stare at who it is-- its my mother & father's agent Marco. I answer it sitting staright up in my bed

"Hello Marco, what's up?"

"Kid, where's your sister?" Marco asks in a serious tone. I stand up from my bed walking out of my room

"I'm on my way to her, what's wrong?" He is never this serious, we've known Marco since we were little, his our family agent, he is basically family..like our older brother. He is never serious when it comes to Me and Alison, we always fool around and joke about everything.

and this is why my heart started to skip beats with each step I'm taking.

I open Alison's room and shake her, She groans and look at me. I point to the phone she sighs and sits up straight.

"Put the phone on loud speaker Aaron. This is very important." Marco says and I do as he says

"Morning Marco" Alison says letting him know she is here and we are listening.

He sighs loudly,"kids- I'm sorry...Your parents have been in an accident today, and they..passed away. Both of them."

Silence

Me and Alison had nothing to ask, say, or think. We just kept quiet

"They died in Spain, but as requested they will be buried right there in Rydale City, birth place. They left a will and a note which will be delivered today on the doorsteps of your house. Bussiness we will discuss after the funeral, for now let's focus on our grief and loss." Marco says

"The package will be delivered today, you guys need to stay at home and breathe, please be calm and comfort each other I will be there soon when I bring your parents home. That will take up to 2 days for us to get in Rydale city. You two need to be ready and get ready in those 2 days." He says

"I'm sorry for loss Aaron and Alison and remember call me if you guys want or need anything." Marco says softly

"O..Kay. Okay Marco, talk to you whenever you get here. Thanks." Alison says sternly

Alison ends the call, we sit there in silence. I shut my phone completely down--i look to Alison

Tears are bottling up in her eyes, she is trying to keep her face neutral. I place my hand on hers and that makes her jump out of her thoughts.

She stands up fast from her bed, i watch as she grabs clothes and slip them on in a hurry not bothering to take a bath, or take off her pj's. She leaves her hair just like that

My sister grabs her phone and walks out of her room I follow her, Alison walks downstairs in a rush and I contuine to follow her. I frown

"Where are you going?" I ask her as she grabs the cars keys

"I need to get out...of this house." Alison says out loud, her voice shaking because she on the verge of crying

I don't say anything and watch as she walks out of the house closing the door behind her. I gulp the hard lump down, ignoring the tightening on my chest and walk to the kitchen
