𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐬

Chapter Eleven.

     

     THE THREE SEPERATE groups all come together when Cash and Darren bring a bunch of mushrooms to them, setting them down onto a rock which they all inspected now, the group all surrounding it and looking down at the mushrooms, "what if they're poisonous?" Sasha asked the other teenagers.

"I don't think they are."

"They look like a good time." Harper smiles as Ant agrees. "Do we think they're magic?" Spider now asked. "Oh, they're magic. Trust me." Cash says, nodding his head. "Alright, so, we're not eating them, right?" Romeo asked them, glancing around at the others. "Wait, what?" Anthony asked, so all the other students looked at the boy now chewing and swallowing the mushrooms, shocked or laughing.

"Stupid."

"Can't believe you ate those." Spider says, patting his best friend's shoulder as he now walks away from the group. "That's so dangerous." Missy says, looking around at the others as Romeo just shook his head, also agreeing that it was super dangerous.

The group of students all sit together now, kind of worried about Ant dying because the mushrooms could possibly kill him. That's if the mushrooms are poisonous or not. "Ant, whatever you do, don't throw up." Spider tells his best friend. "He would've died now if they were poisonous." Harper says as the Vaughn boy now turned around to them.

"I feel fine." He says to the group. "See? Maybe they're just normal mushrooms." Spider tells them and Cash just shakes his head. "Okay, well we should use the fire to cook them. It's the only food we have." Sasha gestures to the fire as both Romeo and Missy nod their heads in agreement. "Uh, no. CUMLORDS started the fire and we're not sharing it." He says. "Why don't you start your own fire with your farts? Hmm?" He then asked her.

"Well, SLTs found the mushrooms, so why don't you go find your own food, pig?" Sasha asked him. "Maybe I will." Spider just says, smiling. "Like I said, I don't feel anything, Mr. Snugglepot." Ant spoke, talking to a tree. "Hey, hey." Cash shushed everyone, all of them looking over at the Vaughn. "Mr. Snuggle?" Romeo whispers, confused. "I don't have enough money to pay rent." Anthony tells the tree now. "Do you accept a little kiss maybe?" He asked the tree, grinning.

"Stop, stop, stop--" "no, no, no, no!"

The Vaughn boy kissed the tree and all of the others burst out laughing. "Suck it, Spider!" Cash says, knowing he proved them all right that the mushrooms were magic. "Shit!" Spider says as they all continue to laugh at the Vaughn. "Oh, my God, you guys, Ant is high as fuck!" Darren exclaimed at all of them.

"Ant is definitely high as fuck."

"Well, what else have we got to do?" Missy asked, then got up. "True." A girl says as everyone else quickly got up. The students all run over to the rock and grab from the pile of mushrooms, all of them quickly eating them, everyone except for Quinni.

The students all sit around, waiting for the drugs to kick in. "You feel anything?" Missy asked and Romeo shrugs. "Nah." He says and she sighs, putting her head onto his shoulder. "Can you hear that?" Amerie suddenly asked, everyone looking up. "Can you hear that cicada?" Malakai asked as he quickly stoodup. "Can you hear that music?" Sasha asked, so Missy and Romeo both stand up.

"I can hear music." Romeo tells everyone else. Ant is by the tree, giggling. "I told you! Mr. Snugglepot is a freaking DJ." He says as Sasha now leans up to the tree next to him, her ear up against it. "I can hear it." She smiles widely before turning to look at Ant. "Hey, look." Amerie says, staring at the tree trunk. "That's amazing." She said then got down.

She crawls in through the portal as the others watched. "Woah! Amerie just disappeared." Malakai said as they all watch in shock, the Mitchell boy getting down and crawling in after her. Harper follows after him next, behind her was Spider and behind him, Romeo crawls through the tunnel, laughing and smiling in wonder at all of it. Everyone was crawling now, laughing and gasping together, all while a sober Quinni laughed at them.

"Welcome to paradise, my little bush turkeys."

As it became dark out, the teenagers on the shrooms trip just danced together or either sat around together. Romeo is standing by himself, staring at his hands when he looked up and looked all around, at the other students laughing together, dancing or sitting together by the fires that the two groups started.

He began walking away, pushing branches away as he just walks through the woods, then reached an open area, where he just kneeled down, rubbing his eyes. The shrooms must be wearing off, feeling like he was sort of coming down from his high, just sitting there and staring off into the dark woods. He hears something behind him so he quickly got up, "Snugglepot?" He turned around.

But it's Spider, just standing there. "Oh... why are you following me?" He asked, rubbing his hands onto his pants. "I just... I didn't want you to be alone." Spencer answers with and Romeo snorts. "Maybe I wanted to be alone..." He said as he walks over to him now, stopping before the taller. "Is that true?" Spider asks, staring down at him with those eyes.

Those eyes that makes Romeo weak in the knees, because of that unreadable expression in them. "Maybe... why do you care if I'm alone anyway?" The Castillo now walks around him, turning to face the White who turns around to face him. "When did I say I don't care?" He steps closer as he asked the question and Romeo's breath hitched, staring up at him. "It's clear you don't. You don't have to pretend that you do." He says quietly in response.

Spider's face is inches away from his now, and Romeo is hyper aware of it. His heart beats faster in his chest and it's all he hears, not even hearing when Spider utters those words, "you can be so stubborn sometimes," then the blond's lips were on his. The taller's hands are over either sides of his face and the shorter's hands go up to Spider's shoulders.

The blond boy stumbled backwards and went down onto the ground, the curly haired boy following and straddling him as he laid down. Spider moves up a bit, taking off his jacket before he flipped over the both of them, all while not breaking their kiss. Romeo leans back, "I can't believe we're doing this all over again..." He murmured and Spider grins. "Doing what? We're not doing anything." He whispered back, before leaning in again.

But this time, he kissed Romeo's neck and the brunette pushed his head back a bit, closing his eyes. "Is this okay?" Spider whispers, now going for Romeo's belt, undoing it swiftly. "Yeah. Do it." Romeo nods as Spider now pushed up his shirt, his kisses trailing down his neck, chest and his stomach. Romeo just stared up at the sky, breathing heavily.

Afterwards when he's done, Spider looked up and Romeo was just holding his hand over his eyes, trying to catch his breath. "You okay?" The blond whispers, now pulling the Castillo's shirt down and adjusting his pants and boxer's. "Yeah, yeah," Romeo whispered back as Spider is adjusting his belt now.

"Do you want me to..." Romeo nods towards him and Spider just shook his head. "No. No, that's okay." He says quietly and Romeo just stared at him. "We should try and get some sleep." Spider murmured, now laying down and patting his chest. Romeo is kind of taken back by it, but leaned over anyway, resting his head onto the blond's chest. Neither say a word, Romeo falling asleep before him.

When Romeo is asleep, Spider is still awake, just staring down at him. He reached up his hand so he can adjust the boy's unruly curls. He spots a leaf in his hair, plucking it out. He was so sure Romeo's head was on his jacket when he flipped the both of them over.
