Ok guys, I won't be able to post until Monday 07/15, possibly Tuesday 07/16.

Viserys sends a letter. Daemon, Rhaenyra and the children return to Kings Landing. I hope you guys like it 🥰

Rhaenyra smiled at her son and kissed the top of his head. "Good job, my love."

Daerion smiled. "Thank you, muña."

She and Daemon had been teaching their children to speak Valyrian, they were all fluent in it, but she also made sure they all learned the common tongue and everything else they would need to succeed. She wanted all her children to be instructed and prepared so they would have a great life. Her children would be prepared to be true princes and princesses of the blood and to serve their house.

The doors to her chambers opened and her husband walked in, a paper in his hands and an annoyed look on his face.

"Your father has written." By the tone of his voice, she knew it was not something good. "He is asking that we return to Kings Landing."

"I do not want to," Daerion said with an annoyed look on his face that was identical to Daemon's. "I like our castle."

"I know, my love." She signaled to Milla who immediately stepped closer before looking down at her son. "Go find your brothers and play with them."

Her son nodded before standing and going with Milla. As soon as the doors closed she turned to look at her husband.

"What does my father say?"

"He wants us back in Kings Landing." On the days that they returned to Kings Landing, they would only check on their projects and talk to the small folk , they did not visit the palace and did not go to see her father. "He says is time for Daerion and Jaehaerys to be presented in court."

She frowned. "Why now? Our two youngest children were born years ago and my father did not say anything about having them introduced at court."

"I am sure this is Otto and Alicent's doing." Her husband looked like he wanted to kill the queen, not that she blamed him. "She is upset that you have gained the support of so many noble houses and that they have come to visit us here several times in the past few years."

"Yes, I am sure she is afraid of losing her power." Rhaenyra and Daemon had not abandoned things the same way they had abandoned the Red Keep. Besides keeping up the work with the small folk they had also made contact with several noble houses. They had invited them over to Dragonstone for feasts and to spend time with them. "I have already sent the invitations for Helaena's name day and the queen surely heard of it."

Even the Baratheons supported her now, knowing that one day she would be queen. They had even visited her several times with Rhaenys and Corlys. Rhaenyra had established a good relationship with her cousin, especially since she had helped Laena marry Harwin Strong. Her cousin was very happy with the marriage and already had given him a son and was with child once more. The queen and Otto realized they had lost too many of the people they had counted on to support them.

"I will not allow them to ruin Helaena's name day , she has been looking forward to it." While Daemon loved all their children, he was very protective of Helaena. According to her husband, no one was good enough for his little princess and if anyone made her cry or be sad he would rain down fire and blood on them. "We already have everything prepared and I will not allow it to be canceled just for the wishes of a petty queen."
