Kokichi's POV (3rd person):

Shuichi and Kokichi were hanging out in the library, talking and laughing together.

"I'm gonna get a book real quick." Shuichi stood up from their sitting spot as he went to get a book, he started moving one but instead of being able to take it, a secret door opened, startling Shuichi.

Kokichi stood up aswell, rushing beside Shuichi to see what the heck was happening.

Behind that secret door was... another door, a black and white door.

A keypad was next to the door. Shuichi and Kokichi looked at each other before walking closer to the closed door to inspect it.

"Another door? And there's a keypad here, maybe there's a key card that could open it." Shuichi spoke up, inspecting the keypad.

"This door is black and white, just like Monokuma. if there's a keypad, that would mean that someone can open it." Kokichi added, looking up at Shuichi. "Do you think that someone might be behind our kidnapping?"

"Like a Mastermind? That's very likely." Shuichi thought about it before getting an idea. "Monokuma seemed important for the killing game, maybe that mastermind will have to enter here to make another one."

Kokichi nodded in agreement.

Shuichi then walked towards dusty books, picking up something that seemed small.

"What are you doing?" Kokichi tilted his head curiously as he looked at Shuichi walk back to the keypad before sprinkling some... dust on it, especially where a key card is supposed to be slid in.

"I'm putting dust to see if the mastermind would really enter there, if the dust is not gone, that would mean that there's another entrance."

Kokichi nodded at the explaination.

Soon after, Shuichi and Kokichi thought about a plan to catch this mastermind, but while they were talking about the moving censors camera linked to a remote that would warn that someone is walking in, Kokichi couldn't help but feel observed.

The short boy quickly looked at the main library's entrance and saw movements, especially the hair of someone with long blonde hair before that person left.

"Shuichi." Kokichi called to get the other boy's attention.

"Someone eavesdropped on us." The supreme leader continued, looking back at Shuichi.

"wait really?!" Shuichi's eyes widened at those news as Kokichi nodded.

"We don't have time to worry about that right now, we need to ask Miu to make our stuff, don't worry, I'll convince her." Kokichi grinned at the last part before dragging Shuichi around the academy in search of Miu, finally, they see her in the wharehouse.

"Hey, piglet! We need you to make something for us!" Kokichi called out.

Miu looked back at Kokichi and groaned in annoyance. "What, dildos? I knew you two were gay since that manhole thingy yesterday." Miu smirked at her perverted comment while Kokichi rolled his eyes in annoyance.

"Nah, we need movement censor cameras that take pictures of the thingies causing the movements and a remote that tells us when a movement is detected." Kokichi explains, earning a skeptical look from Miu.

it was hard to convince her, but after Kokichi started 'blackmailing' her, she finally agreed.

After that, Kokichi and the detective discussed the areas where they should put the cameras and spent their free time hanging out together.

The next day, Monokuma was back and introduced a second motive, a time limit. They all still had a few days for murder, but nobody wanted to murder anyone so they had a few days until they were all executed.

Miu also gave the duo the cameras and the remote, so the two boys started setting everything up, sometimes Shuichi even helped Kokichi because he was too short.

And the two boys soon left, but as they started leaving, Kokichi heard footsteps, he turned back around to the library to see Kaede entering.

Shuichi noticed too and the duo started looking to see what she was doing.

Kaede was seen on a ladder, rearanging books on top of a shelf. Kokichi noticed a vent right above those books but didn't think much of it.

The two boys shrugged at each other, thinking that Kaede just liked rearanging things and finally left.

Kokichi agreed with Shuichi that Shuichi was the one to keep the remote, and so they went back to do their own things, not knowing what Kaede was preparing.

A/N: Sorry, it was a bit rushed. it's an important chapter but it's pretty boring to describe since it's pretty much the same plan Shuichi and Kaede got in the game except that this time it was Kokichi and Shuichi, don't worry guys Kokichi won't kill anyone like Kaede did, that's a Saiouma book, why would I make him die so early?
