Your Not Alone

Chapter 19- Not A team player.

Aiden, Deanna's son seems relatively nice. Minus the fact that he is a complete control freak.

I waited for the rest of the people that were going on the run.

Which was Glenn,Tara, Aiden, Evan(Aidens friend), Eugene, Noah and me.

They all pulled up in a van and before Carl could see me I hopped in quickly.

Then we left. Out the gates and into the unknown, I have no idea where we are going.

After about 25 minutes of driving we approach a warehouse. And we stop.

"Alright Lauren your with Tara, Glenn and Noah, Evan your with Eugene and myself." Aiden said.

So me, Glenn and Noah make our way down a isle looking for whatever Eugene needs.

Me and Noah were walking side by side.

"I'm sorry about Tyresse" he says

Why is he apologizing to me? I barely knew Ty.

"You should be saying this to Sasha." I reply. He nods and sighs.

"Do you have any idea how it feels watching someone die infront of you?" He asks. Then all the memories of Lucas and my dad flood into my mind.

"Yeah, actually I do, look I'm sorry you had to watch Ty die but it's the apocalypse you can't expect people not to die." I say. looking at the boxes.

"I'm sorry it was a stupid question." he looks to the ground.

"WALKERS!" I heard Evan and Aiden shout basically at the same time.

All four of us run to see what was going on. Then Evan was grabbing his grenade. "DONT EVAN!" Tara shouts.

He stops and puts it away. But then a riot soldier walker approached, not even thinking Aiden shoots the walker, he has grenades on him. The walker exploded. And I flew across the room.

"Lauren! wake up!" Noah shakes me. I quickly regain consciousness and stand up. I look and see Tara passed out, her head was bleeding.

I look to see Eugene quickly scooping her up and running into the 'employee break room'.

Then I hear an agonizing scream, aidens scream.

"Help me!" he shouts. He was impaled with a forklift. Evan, Glenn, Noah and I tried to left him off, but it would kill him.

I turn to see walkers quickly approaching.

"Go. leave me don't die because of me." Aiden says in tears.

So we did. we all ran.

Into the revolving door. We were now stuck. Walkers were on both side of the doors. Noah, Glenn and I on one side and Evan on the other.

I was hugging Noah because I was terrified, we weren't gonna get out of this.

"You have the ammo!" Glenn shouts.

"You have the guns!" Evan shouts back.

"I'm going to try and break the glass." Glenn says using the end of his gun to try and break the glass.

Then we heard the screams of Evan.

"Stop doing that man!" he hollers.

"We have to get out of here!" I shout back.

Then a car horn went off. Wr looked in the parking lot to see Eugene.

I smiled.

The walkers outside followed Eugene while the ones inside still tried to break in.

Evan then started pushing the door so he could get out.

"EVAN STOP YOU'LL KILL US!" I shout.

"In sorry!" he hollers back.

He gets free and he runs.

"He left us" I whispered. then I heard Noah screaming.

Walkers grabbed into his ankle.

"Noah!" I grabbed onto his hand and pulled with all I had.

"Don't let go" Noah says as the walkers pulled him away from Glenn and I.

Noah's gone. Just like that, gone.

I slide back beside Glenn and cry into his arm.

Then Noah popped back up against the glass.

"Noah!" I screamed

Walkers quickly tore him apart. Splattering blood all over the glass.

Evan killed Noah. He's not a team player, he's a selfish piece of crap.

Glenn and I get up and we push ourselves out of the door.

And we run to where Eugene parked the van.

Evan was talking to Eugene practically fighting.

Glenn run up to Evan and punched him straight across the face. Good.

"He-He killed Noah" I stuttered to speak. Eugene looked shocked.

Glenn lifted Evans unconscious body to the back of the van and threw him in with Tara.

"How's Tara?" I ask

"She needs medical attention fast." he said.

"Then lets go home." Glenn says.
