O L I V I A
I left the apartment in the middle of the night and had been driving around the city lost in my thoughts until the morning came, and the rain had befallen the city.
I wouldn't leave Gabriel alone until I saw it with my own two eyes. Saw that what I heard and read was the truth about him.
I read the local articles about Gabriel and Sam, which served as proof, but I had another idea in mind.
Richard was Sam's father and Gabriel was in a relationship with her. As the doctor had lied to last time I visited and threatened him.
That's why I had called the doctor, in the last minute and told him I was coming when I was about five minutes away from his cabin.
I drove through the small road, to the cabin as it was in the early hours of lunch while the harsh autumn weather didn't leave the skies.
I had parked my car outside the cabin and ran towards the cottage to avoid the rain drops which were falling down on my dark hoodie, while my sneakers got drenched in the mud.
Knocking on the door as the doctor opened the door, his face became pale at the sight of me because he didn't expect me to arrive so soon, especially when the city and his cabin is a long drive away.
"You're already here?" He was caught off guard and surprised by my presence, which was exactly what I wanted.
"I was in a rush." I dried off the mud on my shoes, cleaned them up and then walked past him, into his wooded living room as the place seemed a bit different from when I usually visited.
The place was always in a mess, but now the doctor had cleaned up the place and allowed fresh air to come into the cabin to get rid of the old smell coming from the wood.
I took a seat on the couch, the same seat when I found out about the blackmail my mother had on my father and about Sam's death, which was the reason why I was here.
Found out the truth once and for all because these secrets were in the way of my revenge.
I still had a few more people to murder and leave their corpses behind.
Richard had been the one who told me about Sam's death, but he left important details out, even about the person who sent him a letter and who knew about me, who knew about Olivia Vance.
The same person who goes by the name of Gabriel Everett.
"Do you want something to drink?" The doctor asked as his eyes wandered in cautiousness.
"No, I'm fine." I answered as he took a seat towards me, his eyes still wandering around but more exact to a closed wooden door inside the living room.
"What are you doing here?" He questioned me, while I noticed more and more that his entire demeanor was off, especially his gaze and the closed door.
Was someone hiding in there? Was it Gabriel? Or somebody else who helped him keep important details out of Sam's death?
The important detail that Sam and Gabriel used to be in a relationship.
The reason why it was such an important detail was because I had been living with Gabriel for about a year now, and I had used him for my revenge against the people from my past.
If Gabriel knew about me, which he probably did, meant that he and the doctor knew about each other.
If he and Sam were together, my name must have left her lips because she always followed me wherever I went and never left my side when we used to hang out.
