Levi Ackermann launched himself onto Viktor Klebb's ship with the grace and precision of a seasoned predator. His onyx eyes scanned the deck filled with mercenaries. With a swift movement, he unsheathed his blades, the cold steel glinting in the dim light. The first mercenary lunged at him, but Levi was faster. He sidestepped the attack, his blade slicing through the man's side in a clean, fluid motion. Another mercenary charged from behind, but Ackermann spun around, his foot connecting with the man's chest, sending him crashing into the wooden railings. The deck became a battlefield, with the short man at its center, a blur of deadly efficiency. He moved like a shadow, his blades cutting through the air.
After clearing the deck, he approached the cabin, where he found Connie hiding behind a wooden ladder, his face a mix of relief and determination.
"Underboss!" Connie called out, pointing towards another room. "Klebb's back there, in a hidden room!"
The short man nodded. "Good job, Springer. I'll let you handle things here."
"Sure thing!" the man with the buzzcut replied.
His boss moved towards the hidden room. As he pushed the door open, a blade came at him from the darkness. He ducked just in time, the blade grazing his shoulder but not slicing through. With a swift motion, he retaliated, his own blade flashing as he struck the attacker. Another man rushed at him with a sword, but Levi, with a quick maneuver, grabbed the assailant and threw him back into the room where Connie was, his body hitting the floor with a thud.
"Oh," Connie, who was already tying up a man with rope, remarked, glancing at the new addition to his collection of captives.
Levi's eyes then fell on a large map hanging on the wall. With a swift, decisive move, he sliced it open. Frustration flickered in his eyes as he realized the criminal wasn't there.
As Viktor Klebb prepared to escape on a small boat, he sat opposite a nervous boatman who rowed swiftly. Klebb's gaze was calculating, his mind already plotting his next move.
"I have money. I can always hire more people," he said, his voice filled with malice as he sailed away. "You damn mobsters... I'll go back to my estate, regroup my forces, and come back to tear you apart." The boatman, sweat dripping down his forehead, glanced up anxiously.
Klebb leaned forward, a sinister smile playing on his lips. "Let me tell you something, Captain. A truly powerful man is one who will use any dirty trick necessary, without the slightest shame, to protect himself. As long as I, Viktor Klebb, am alive, the battle is not lost. Let the gangsters waste their efforts," he declared, his laughter echoing over the water, sounding almost hysterical.
Far away, on another ship, Mike watched through his binoculars, spotting the fleeing greasy man. He pointed out the scene to his boss.
"Abandoning your subordinates and fleeing... you truly are scum," Levi muttered, disgusted. He then readied his 3D gear, launching himself into the air to pursue Klebb.
The boatman looked up to the sky, his face pale with fear. "Mr. Klebb, he's coming!" he shouted. Klebb merely smiled at the boatman, his eyes glittering with a deadly calm.
Levi soared through the air with his 3D gear, his movements graceful and swift. As he closed in on the boat, Klebb grabbed a bow, his eyes narrowing as he took aim. "So, you're the mafia's Underboss I've heard about. Perfect," he sneered. "I've always wanted to shoot you down." Levi's blades were ready to strike, but Klebb grabbed the boatman by the neck, using him as a human shield.
