(scene opens to Katie wearing a bathrobe preparing to take a shower while Cali sleeps on the nearby bed)
Katie: Okay Cali, I'm getting ready for my shower! Be done in a couple minutes, unless I wanna have a long one! (walks into the bathroom past a bottle of mermaid transformation shampoo which accidentally got mixed up with personal shampoo she got from the store)
Katie: Time for my shower! Can't wait to try out this new ocean breeze shampoo I got at the store today! (goes behind a shower curtain and removes her bathrobe off screen)
Sound: (running water)
(silhouette of Katie showering until her legs suddenly turn into a mermaid tail after she uses the shampoo)
Katie: (notices her lower half) (shocked) Oh my goddess! (loses her balance and falls forward but manages to use her arms to gently lower herself onto the ground) (relieved) Phew! (realizes) Oh! (turns off water then manages to retrieve her bath robe to cover herself)
Katie: (crawls out of the shower with her bathrobe covering herself excluding her mermaid tail) (whistles) Cali, can you please come here and bring my phone!
Cali: (enters carrying Katie's phone with her mouth)
Katie: Good kitty!
Cali: (drops phone upon seeing her owner with a fish tail)
Katie: It's quite a surprise, isn't it?
Cali: (nods) (pushes Katie's phone over to her)
Katie: Thanks Cali! (notices Cali sniffing her mermaid tail)
Cali: (licks lips)
Katie: (realizes) Cali, don't even think about it! Those are still my legs, even if they merge into a fish tail at the moment!
Cali: (steps back having second thoughts)
Katie: I'd better call Ryder! (calls Ryder)
Ryder: (answers) Katie, is something wrong?
Katie: Sorry to wake up Ryder, but I really need your help!
Ryder: What's wrong?
Katie: I'm not sure how this happened, but... (reveals her mermaid tail)
Ryder: (surprised) You're a mermaid!
Katie: Oh! I kinda thought my lower half was turned into a fishtail, but now that you mention it? It does look more like a mermaid than a fish!
Ryder: We'll be right over!
Katie: Thanks Ryder!
(scene changes to a little later when Chase and Ryder enter Katie's bathroom finding her on the floor with Cali nearby)
Chase: Whoa! You weren't kidding Ryder sir!
Katie: Hi Chase! As you can see, things are a little fishy!
Ryder: Any reason you have a bathrobe on?
Katie: (blushes) I'm kinda undressed!
Ryder: (blushes) Oh!
Katie: (giggles) But I will admit, being a mermaid is kinda nice! Even if I'm a fish outta water!
Ryder: I wonder how this happened?
Katie: (shrugs) It happened after I used that shampoo! (points at the mermaid transformation shampoo)
Ryder: (examines the bottle) Well, that explains what happened!
Katie: (curiously) It does?
Ryder: (chuckles) You used mermaid transformation shampoo!
Katie: (surprised) What!? I thought it was ocean breeze shampoo!
