Angelica stood outside with Navier and Heinrey as the Ladies-In-Waiting placed all the luggage in the carriage "I'm disappointed you can't come and see the Knights return from the Knight's Tour. I'm sure Kosair would have been glad to see you." Navier said as Angelica nodded "I wish I could as well, but as the new Empress of the Eastern Empire my duties are here, but do send him my regards and when the wedding comes close we will have some time together." Angelica said making Navier nod as she turned to Heinrey "You may go inside the carriage, Heinrey. I will be there soon." Navier said making Heinrey nod as he walked back to the carriage walking inside "Queen Navier." Angelica called out making Navier a little surprised 'She usually calls me Sister Navier or Navier. It must be serious.' Navier thought "You must be careful of the Former Queen, Lady Krista. She may not seem like a threat, but she has no intention of becoming friends with you, as well as she has no intention of handing over the Queen position to you without letting others know you both live there. She has the upper hand in High Society. Please be cautious of her and try to set some kind of relationship with her whether that be friends or not." Angelica said in a serious tone as Navier understood her words 'Angelica is right. Krista wouldn't give up High Society that easily and even with me being Queen people still see her as the Queen. Either way, I don't see me and Krista being friends since we are both fighting over the same thing, and the people seem to like her better and are still wary of me.' Navier thought as she nodded "Thank you, Angelica. I shall be cautious of Lady Krista from now on." Navier said as she pulled Angelica into a hug walking into the carriage as Angelica watched the carriage ride off.
Angelica soon walked back into the West Palace looking at everything she passed by 'There's a garden with a beautiful path for taking walks outside the Palace. And the interior design is elegant...' Angelica thought as she walked into her room sat down in a chair and looked over her new room's designs '...My room is always protected by Imperial Guards...The halls and the Drawing Room are wide and fancy...And my bed chambers has a vintage charm. I can't believe all of these things belong to me now.' Angelica thought as she watched her four Ladies-In-Waiting get the room fixed and ready to her liking 'Before I got married, all I had was a room at His Majesty's Residence...But now this entire Palace is just for me.' Angelica looked down at her belly with a knowing look 'I need to make sure I have His Majesty's child...My Mana should help with the situation since they took the antidote when they were younger, but that doesn't mean there weren't any side effects that happened in adulthood, but still my mana should make sure that my child will be biologically his....But, the only problem is Rashta. I think I should try and get pregnant soon, but not too soon. I should spend these few days as a newly appointed Empress comfortable before I start my Empress Duties. And one day, I'll be able to see my child ascend to the throne and live their life to the fullest.' Angelica had a small smile on her face as she thought back to her past and her baby boy. 'To think that I climbed my way up using everything I could and pushing those out of my way from the lowest rungs of society with a humble background...Soon, I will have a child and I will show everyone what it truly means to be an Empress. Helping and taking care of this Empire. Ever since I came back and caught His Majesty's eye, both the commoners and nobles...Have been somewhat jealous and ignorant of me, viewing me as a woman of a slave background and the unofficial adopted Trovi child who got lucky and managed to better her social status. But I won I was the one who won in the end, not Rashta.' Angelica thought with a small smirk as she laid her elbow on the armchair placing her head into her hand 'I've managed to send to the throne...And everyone loves me. The downside is that even though I shouldn't care for the commoners or nobles. I can understand why they would want me to pick either side that has known me to be a model Empress when Navier was around plus with my slave background, but I can't choose a side just because of that I see potential in both sides together.' Angelica thought with a sigh as Cecilia and Diane walked over "Your Majesty." They said bowing making Angelica turn to them "Girls, please. I'm still the same lady you have known when I was a Mistress." Angelica said as Cecilia shook her head "You are the Empress now. You have worked so hard for this position." Cecilia said making Diane agree with her as Angelica shook her head "What is something important that you needed to tell me?" Angelica asked as Diane nodded her head "The Drawing Room is completely filled with gifts. Most ladies have sent you a wedding gits, Your Majesty." Diane said "Oh my. Let us go then." Angelica said happily.
